Pros:

la colazione che era compresa nel prezzo non c è stata perche alle 9/9,15 come ci hanno detto la sala era chiusa e non c era nessuno, posso capire che era il 1 gennaio , ma non va bene ,chi lavora si deve alzare e deve esserci il bar di fronte era aperto e funzionante e abbiamo pagato una colazione

Pros:

I was glad to be here. Very fresh air, very clean rooms. I sleep very well.

Cons:

I rent 5 apartments in row, and this look like little bit overpriced, it I was glad for cleanness, thanks.

Apart from the two shortcomings, it was not bad.
Pros:

The very friendly barista tried to make coffee for 30+ rather frustrated guests while also being the only staff member on duty, meaning he had no time to clear tables, restock limited supplies etc.

Cons:

See above. The fraught and almost non-existent breakfast. There was coffee but little else and breakfast was a shambles.

A bathroom with no hooks or shelves, not even a soap or gel holder.

We liked the location and the breakfast was nice. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. There was a fridge next to the bookshelf for the guests.
