My stay was not satisfactory.
Pros:

Breakfast was not included.

Cons:

All the furniture very old. not polished or painted.
Bathroom furnishings very old; broken toilet seat; old and dirty shower screen; bath towels very old,not even good enough to wipe the floor.
I am a local of Changanacherry. This hotel was one of the best hotels in Changanacherry in the beginning. It is high time that the management did some renovation and modernisation to improve the comfort of guests.

Pros:

They were really after making money, not giving value for money,very, pathetic, selfish mean in money matters, no proper facilities for car parking, most of the time,we had to park on pedestrian walking by the road, no water pipes provided for cleaning cars , Rate:3000/-

The only disappointing feature was that there was a near-empty toilet paper roll. When I told the manager, his answer was " You should've told me". He was not interested in correcting the system but rather was engaged in a 'blame game'.
