Tranquillità e pulizia
The hotel is set in a beautiful, picturesque location with breathtaking views. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was plentiful, with a great selection of delicious food. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. We had a wonderful stay and would gladly return.
It's not something we didn't like, but worth keeping in mind: the hotel is situated more than 100 metres above the centre of San Vito di Cadore (in terms of elevation), and the road leading up to it is quite steep. We didn't mind the walk at all, but it's good to know if you plan to get there on foot.
The location was excellent and the staff was amazing. We stayed here starting our hut to hut trek inn the Dolomites - very convenient. The staff allowed us to keep our car there while we were gone. they were also quick to help with laundry and very friendly and helpful.
Staff was super friendly and accommodated all our requests.
Refrigerator in the room was not working. I wish the expectation about the room was clearer--the room detail said garden view and mountain view, but we had a room with a parking lot view with a tiny bit of mountain view in the corner.

Velmi příjemný rodinný hotel, s profesionálním přístupem. Výborné snídaně bufetového typu, včetně výrobku z domácí pekárny.
Nebyla možnost využít večeří, z důvodu fungování restaurace až od 19.7. .

No AC (it was pretty hot) and noise at night since doors had to be kept open
We had a beautiful view from our hotel window. The Hotel sits beautifully above the town but we were able to find free parking in town, so driving into town was 3-5 minutes. There is easy parking at the hotel, good breakfast and if you want to walk into town, you can via the ski slope to a great restaurant at the bottom of the hill.
I was not aware that the spa was an extra charge…20€ per person. Most of the time you will have to drive into town.

Such a lovely hotel run by the friendliest people. They went above and beyond to make our stay amazing, and were always willing to answer any questions we had or help with any problems, such as when one of our group fell ill. The breakfast was delicious and the views from the room were incredible!
Hotel located in a quite and beautiful place, close to the main tourist attractions. The apartment is well equipted. The breakfast is excellent. The staff is very kind and helpful. There is a private hotel parking lot.

Mauvaises intéractions avec la jeune réceptionniste de l’hôtel. Elle m’a enguirlandé à deux reprises, lorsque je suis allé voir la salle du petit déjeuner 10 minutes avant son ouverture et à mon départ pour le paiement des taxes sans m’avoir rien dit à ce sujet à mon arrivée, et en plus aucun au revoir à mon départ.
L’accueil très chaleureux et l’emplacement est exceptionnel. Tout le confort souhaité en chambre , au déjeuner.
