Sehr schön. Wir kommen sicher wieder mal
Pros:

Wellness und die gute Lage. Der Aufenthaltsraum war auch sehr schön. Morgenessen war sehr lecker und für jeden etwas dabei

Wir als Rucksack Turisten wurden nicht von jedem
Rezeptionspersonal gleich herzlich willkommen geheissen. Wir spürten extreme Unterschiede. Eigentlich schade

Der Name des Hotels trifft das Urlaubsgefühl sehr gut
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und ausgezeichnet, ebenso der Service.
Viele nette Details bei der Einrichtung des gesamten Hotels.
Hilfestellung, um den Geburtstag nett feiern zu können.

Cons:

Das nächste Mal werden wir ein Zimmer bevorzugen, das nicht die Zufahrtstraße zum Strand direkt vor dem Balkon hat.
Schade, dass es auch auf Nachfrage, keine Kaffeemaschine für unsere große Stube gab, sd nur in der Giftbude am Gang.

Ein Wohlfühlhotel
Pros:

Ein Superhotel mit ganz toller Ausstattung. Nettes Personal und sehr leckerer Verpflegung. Es fehlt an nichts. Auch die Saunaanlage ist einfach super. Wir haben uns swhr wohl gefühlt und kommen auf jedem Fall mal wieder.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen - es war rundherum erholsam!
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll und mit allem Komfort eingerichtet. Die Möglichkeit, sich auf Vertrauensbasis kalte Getränke und Kaffee/Tee zu holen, hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Kaminzimmer ist großzügig und lädt zum Lesen und/oder Spielen ein. Die Dartscheibe in einem der Räume ist eine gute Abwechslung. Die Nähe zum Strand ist traumhaft. Der Spa-Bereich ist großzügig. Dass in unserem Fall einer der beiden Bereiche geschlossen war, lag an einem Wasserschaden und ist einfach Pech gewesen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr abwechslungsreich und frisch.

Fantastisches Frühstück - die Mitarbeiterin Annika ist uns besonders aufgefallen: sehr freundlich, stets in der Nähe, nicht aufdringlich aber super hilfsbereit und Norddeutscher Humor. Haben uns sehr mit ihr wohlgefühlt

Cons:

Das Personal im Restaurant war zT etwas unfreundlich. Passte für mich gar nicht zum Rest, insbesondere da Rezeption und SPA zurückhaltend aber sehr höflich und warm waren. Insbesondere beim Abendessen passte der Service für mich nicht zur Preiskategorie. Sehr abschätzender Frühstücks Service bis auf eine Ausnahme (siehe oben)
