Non hanno trovato una soluzione per aiutarmi, avevo fatto una sorpresa a mia moglie, il portiere mi ha detto che non mi poteva aspettare per il check in , ho chiesto di fare un eccezione ,era una sorpresa, venivo da Roma e non avrei fatto mai in tempo.
Ho dovuto dire tutto a mia moglie, sorpresa rovinata , è stato un fiasco totale,sono rimasto delusissimo, un altro albergo di quella zona, mi è venuto incontro qualche settimana dopo, sono stati molto professionali, ma la sorpresa è stata completamente rovinata, porterò sempre con me questa delusione.

Pros:

Ho apprezzato la camera molto spaziosa, con un ottimo affaccio (peccato che la visuale sul paese fosse coperta da un albero!), il personale cortese e l' arredamento retrò. Grandi spazi comuni, tutti ben tenuti. Soggiorno eccellente, tranquillo, in posizione strategica per visitare il Viterbese.

Cons:

L' automobile è indispensabile, perché l'hotel si trova sopra il paese e la strada ha una pendenza notevole. Tutto il paese, del resto, è arroccato su una montagna, con strade strette e in salita (che però ne aumentano il fascino).

Bell'hotel in posizione panoramica
Pros:

La mia camera era molto grande, confortevole e con una bella terrazza. L'hotel si trova in posizione panoramica, comoda per chi arriva in macchina e a meno di un chilometro dal paese.

Cons:

La sala da pranzo dove ho fatto la prima colazione non era riscaldata per cui faceva davvero freddo.
