Pros:

Плюсы этого отеля- расположение и цена при раннем бронировании, лежаки и зонт, входящие в стоимость

Cons:

далее минусы- чистота (полы в чёрных следах, как от подошв обуви, грязные стены, в общей зоне грязные подушки на диванах в общих зонах на улице и т. д.), твёрдые матрасы ( как на доске спишь, для меня это минус), завтрак слабоват (если вы не видели как можно испортить яичницу- вам сюда), лампы без плафонов, торчащие провода на потолке от светильника, платные велосипеды от отеля 10€ за 1 час, при том, что они далеко не в лучшем состоянии (нас было 3 человека и отдать сразу 30€ за велопрогулку- это слишком)- при данной удалённости от центра велосипеды должны быть бесплатны, чтобы это компенсировать ( но это моё мнение) и так делают многие отели! Сантехника не в лучшем состоянии. Проведя совсем немного работы- отель смог бы претендовать на оценку 9, при такой цене!

Perfekt wie immer!
Pros:

Strand wie immer perfekt, Frühstück ausreichend und gut. Hundefreundlich das für uns sehr wichtig ist, da wir mit Hund reisen. Die Zimmer sind schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber man verbringt am Zimmer nicht soviel Zeit vom Urlaub. Unseren Hund hat am Besten der Balkon gefallen weil dieser aus Glas war und er alles beobachten konnte ;o). Wir kommen wieder.

Ein super Hotel für einen schönen Aufenthalt in Jesolo
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, freundliches Personal, toller Balkon, gutes Frühstück und kostenloser Parkplatz.

Cons:

Das Bett. Matratze durchgelegen und das ganze Gestell permanent am quietschen. Außerdem ist das Bad echt in die Jahre gekommen, Armaturen und Co. müssten mal ausgetauscht werden.
Eine Klimaanlage im Frühstücksraum wäre von Vorteil. Oder wenn man zumindest die Fenster öffnet
