Ich war für einen kurzen Solotrip vor Ort und es hat mir sehr gefallen.
Pros:

Ich war sehr positiv überrascht von dem wunderbaren Essen. Es gab jeden Tag mehrere Gänge, die man morgens beim Frühstück auswählen konnte und es war immer sehr lecker. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war der abwechslungsreich und frisch. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und zu dem Zeitraum meines Aufenthalts war nicht viel los, so dass der Spa Bereich häufig komplett leer war. In der Gegend sind schöne Ausflugsziele (ich empfehle die Gondel in die Berge). Das Parken am Hotel gegen einen kleinen täglichen Aufpreis hat sich absolut gelohnt und ist ein must have, da es schwer ist einen anderen Parkplatz zu finden. Ich kann es sehr für einen Solotrip empfehlen!

Sehr schönes Hotel, wir kommen wieder.
Pros:

Wir können das Hotel nur weiter empfehlen, es ist sehr gut gelegen und das Personal war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war aussergewöhnlich, es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Auch der Wellness Bereich mit Pool war super.

Pros:

Chyba jedyną rzeczą za jaką można pochwalić ten obiekt to całkiem smaczne jedzenie (nie zawsze, ale w przeważającej większości) oraz lokalizacja.

Cons:

Niestety, obsługa w recepcji i restauracji, z wyjątkiem jednej pani obecnej przy naszym zameldowaniu, nie spełniła naszych oczekiwań względem standardu obiektu czterogwiazdkowego. W trakcie pobytu spotkaliśmy się z nieprzyjemnym podejściem ze strony części personelu, co znacząco wpłynęło na naszą ocenę pobytu.

Optimales Kur- und Wellnesshotel
Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück, die Lage ist hervorragend , fast im Centrum und ruhig.
Der Wellnessbereich war hervorragend und obwohl das Hotel voll belegt war, herrschte eine angenehme und ruhige Athmosphäre. Wir waren 4 x Gäste.

Cons:

Das Servierpersonal konnte sich nicht gut verständigen, das waren wir anders gewohnt.

Pros:

Byla jsem již po 3. v tomto hotelu.Perfektní kuchyně,milý a vstřícný personál.Lokalita krásná,malé půvabné lázenské městwčko.Wellness na hotelu sauna,parní sauna,vířivky a velký bazén,jen při vetším množstní návštěvníků chyběli lehátka nebo židle k odpočinku.

Cons:

více lehátek k odpočinku ve wellnes zoně a nemohli jsme si objednat masáž,celý pobyt bylo vyprodáno ....

Dobra lokalizacja, blisko atrakcji , ale w spokojnej okolicy

Cons:

Wentylację- zapachy z kuchni czuć nawet na piętrze.
Wprowadzić ręczniki kąpielowe na basenie - pobierane i zwracane po skorzystaniu z basenu.

Pros:

Moc krásný hotel ,úžasný teplý bazén ,jídlo velký výběr a moc dobré,blízko kolonády a obchodu ,všude čisto . Byli jsme moc spokojený a určitě doporučíme k návštěvě dalším hostům .

Cons:

Jediný minus je klíče od pokojů , bylo by fajn vyměnit za kartu k pokoji
