Obsługa miła i pomocna, widok z pokoju super, udogodnienia i pyszne jedzenie

Cons:

Brak dostępu do zabiegów i masaży w pobycie jednodniowym (brak informacji o zapisach na masaże i długich terminach) oraz brak dostępu do sauny w godzinach do 16 (przy pobycie jednodniowym powinna być możliwość skorzystania z sauny również do południa)

Pros:

The mattrasses and the breakfast was very nice.

Cons:

As in many places in South Poland the language skills are abysmal. You would expect that when working in cus service that you at least speak one other language than your mother tongue but that seems not to be the case. Maybe I am just spoiled. 😂

Cons:

Buffet-Bereich klein und eng, Kaffeemaschine steht etwas ungünstig, etwas mehr Obst wünschenswert

Jídlo není tak chutné, ale jsou bohaté snídaně. Do wellness nemohou osoby mladší 16 let. Zpoplatněné parkoviště.

Sehr schönes Hotel , schöne Anlage, gutes Preis -Leistungsverhältnis.
Man konnte jeden Abend wählen, ob man am Essen teilnehmen möchte, ob Büffet oder Karte .

Świetne miejsce na reset.
Pros:

Pobyt uważam za udany. Począwszy od pysznych śniadań , miłego i pomocnego personelu , po czyste i gustowne pokoje . Przyjechałam wcześniej i nie było problemu bym się mogła zameldować i wprowadzić do pokoju.Szybkie WiFi . Stefa spa też posiada wszystkie udogodnienia .Z pewnością wrócę .
