Pobyt udany i zostanie zapamię
Pros:

Jedzenie smaczne, personel oraz obsługa na wysokim poziomie. Lokalizacja Hotelu wprost idealna, blisko atrakcji które zwiedziliśmy, brak jakichkolwiek problemów z dojazdem.

Malinowy Dwór - nasz ulubiony!
Pros:

Wyborne śniadanie, fantastyczny basen, jacuzzi prima sort, do tego niemal kameralna atmosfera. Udało się również "wyhaczyć" promocyjną cenę za rodzinny weekend. To nasza czwarta wizyta w Świeradowie-Zdroju i drugi pobyt w Malinowym Dworze, który wręcz uwielbiamy.

Niestety nie polecam nikomu takiego pobytu w takim obiekcie.

Niestety to co mogłoby być wizytówką zostało całkowicie zniweczone przez sposób traktowania gości. Nikomu nie polecam.

Cons:

Niestety Malinowy Dwór nie spełnił moich oczekiwań. Przyczyniły się do tego zatrucie mojej żony po kolacji zjedzonej w hotelowej restauracji oraz fatalna jakość łóżka. Ponadto pokój nie był dokładnie posprzątany po poprzednim gościu, zastałem wypełniony kosz na śmieci. Na wywieszoną prośbę o posprzątanie nikt nie zareagował.
Na zgłoszone zatrucie też nikt nie zareagował, nikt nawet się nie zapytał czy potrzebna jest jakaś pomoc medyczna. Wydaje się, że zarządzający Dworem nie podjeli żadnych działań. Bardzo martwię się o kolejnych gości potraktowanych w ten sam sposób.

Zapach szmaty do podłogi po sprzątaniu, powinni pracownicy dostać nowe. Nie myć starymi. W restauracji podano nam makaron za ponad 50zl zalany sosem słodko ostrym dostępnym w sieciówkach, dramat. Nie dało się tego zjeść mimo, że sam makaron był dobry krewetki też wszystko było ok gdyby nie to. Resztę kolacji jedliśmy na mieście płacąc za taksówki. Polecam wymienić szefa kuchni
