Had an excellent stay amd would highly recommend to family and friends, wouldnt stay anywhere else.
Pros:

The gardens were well maintained, each villa had a good size balcony, rooms a good size, bed really comfy, great shower, pool always clean and warm. Great breakfast each day and evening meal was delicious. The staff were very attentive to our needs and nothing was too much trouble. We enjoyed our stay here so much we booked extra nights. Great location for both access to dream beach and devils tear, with restaurants, a mini mart and souvenir shops all within a few minutes walk.

Cons:

Description of property said it was beach front, you are at the beach though within a few minutes.

Lovely villa set in beautiful grounds. The restaurant was great and staff were very attentive and helpful.
Pros:

The hosts were very friendly and super helpful. They set us up with an epic snorkelling trip. The hotel has a lovely Warung with lots of great food choices including vegetarian dishes. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable.

Stayed in a family room. Was big, cleaned everyday.
Personel was friendly.

Cons:

Communication-wise: needs big improvement.
They asked through booking.com if we needed help with booking of boat and hotel transfer. I replied yes, and after that: no reaction at all! We had to arrange boat and hotel transfer ourselves. Also check-in and breakfast could be more efficient.
