La atención, la limpieza, la ubicación
Todo bien, todo ajustado a la descripción de booking
The hotel is super cozy and nice. The pictures on booking don’t make it justice. The bedroom was rustic and beautiful, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very polite and nice.
The only problem was the shower. The water did not have much pressure and it was kind of hard to adjust the temperature. Sometimes the water would get cold and when we’d adjust it, it would be very very hot. Other than that, everything was great.
O prédio e os móveis são muito bonitos e as pessoas nos atenderam muito bem. Não precisei de adaptador para as tomadas.
A cama era muito macia, isso me incomodou um pouco.

A localização é simplesmente ótima, no coração de Palermo, com bares, restaurantes e cafeterias a poucos passos, o que tornou tudo muito prático e gostoso.
Pelas fotos, o hotel pode até parecer mais antigo, mas pessoalmente tivemos uma impressão completamente diferente. Está muito bem cuidado e com a manutenção em dia. Os móveis têm um estilo mais rústico, mas o ambiente é muito bonito, organizado, limpo e super cheiroso.
E o time do hotel merece um destaque especial! Todos foram incríveis, muito educados, amáveis e gentis, além de nos darem várias ótimas indicações que fizeram toda a diferença na nossa estadia.
Nossa experiência foi maravilhosa e, com certeza, voltaremos a esse hotel quando estivermos novamente em Buenos Aires! 🇦🇷❤️
O café da manhã é simples, mas saboroso.
The location is excellent. Walkable to so many great places in Palermo. The staff were even better. Warm, inviting and incredibly helpful. When we visit Buenos Aires again we will definitely stay here if it’s available.

Tuve problemas con las almohadas y cuando pedí cambio me las cambiaron pero tampoco fueron muy buenas el hotel no está para nada mejorado no creo volver a utilizarlo
La ubicación es ideal. El hotel es chico y familiar. La atención de Lorenzo es fenomenal. La habitación súper limpia y confortable. Camas súper cómodas.

Precio algo elevado
Muito caro para o que oferece . A única coisa boa eram as camas(diga-se de passagem , muito boas) e o croassaint do café. Café fraco , reposição dos itens só vem se vc pedir. Quarto sem aquecedor no banheiro é o aquecedor do quarto era uma ar condicionado inverter que parecia um fusca com escapamento furado.
Não tem nem bebedouro. Embora, segundo eles a água seja potável na torneira, vc tinha que comprar aguar ou beber da pia do banheiro.
Muito caro e não oferece bom serviço .
