La ubicacion es genial cuando vas sin auto, el personal muy atento, las habitaciones son amplias y la pileta es preciosa.

Cons:

La verdad es que al hotel le falta mantenimiento, las camas individuales son chicas, los banos no estan limpios, hay manchas de humedad por la habitación, y el desayuno es malo.

Only the location was convenient.

Cons:

I strongly advise against staying at this property. My experience was negative from check-in to check-out for several reasons:
​Deceptive Pricing & Payment: During check-in, the hotel charged significantly more than the price confirmed on Booking. Despite inquiring about the payment method in advance, I was forced to pay in Argentine Pesos at an unfavorable rate.
​Poor Room Quality: The facilities are outdated and the infrastructure feels borderline dangerous. The air conditioning was non-functional, and the bathroom was dirty with visible mold.
​Subpar Breakfast: While advertised as "continental," the selection was extremely poor. They never had basic items like eggs available during my stay.
​Lack of Value: This hotel is far too expensive for the level of service and quality provided.
​Bottom line: The service is poor, the rooms are poorly maintained, and the pricing practices are misleading. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this place to anyone.

nice comfortable and super well located
Pros:

spacious room, big bathroom, extremely comfortable location close to bus station and shops. nice pool, kind staff, nice breakfast

Cons:

all in all very good. only, maybe for more days the window on a small inner spot would impose to sleep with air conditioning (noisy). a few more plugs would help (to charge phones)

El chico de recepción Mauricio genial! Nos dió mucha conversación y muy muy majo. La ubicación también muy bien, muy cerca de todos los bares y restaurantes.

Cons:

Las habitaciones en si se ven un poco regular tal vez por la humedad que hay... Las toallas se aprecian un poco antiguas también. Pero en general bien.

Cons:

El desayuno, no tienen alimentos frescos, salvo las frutas, por lo que vi creo que no tienen cocina. De resto de verdad todo excelente.

Bel hôtel bien placé
Pros:

Emplacement au top, en face de la station de bus et à quelques minutes à pied de l’avenida Brasil qui est piétonne et très animée le soir. Le personnel est sympathique et le petit dej assez correct. La piscine est superbe et c’est un gros plus après une journée éreintante de visite aux chutes. Nous avons été surclassé dans une chambre de 4 alors que nous étions 3. La chambre était très propre et spacieuse avec une clim au top ! Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le chauffeur de l’hôtel, Dante, qui nous a emmené aux chutes. Hotel à recommander !

Cons:

Les croissants de l’hôtel ne sont pas terribles… mais à part ça, c’était très bien !
