Stunning views and tranquility in a magical mountainside retreat
Pros:

Dar Jasmine is a serene and nourishing oasis…I didn’t want to leave! The property is spectacular. There is a breathtaking view of the town from the terraces, making it hard to want to leave! The staff went above and beyond for us from carrying our luggage at all times up the beautiful staircases to upgrading our room, to serving my friend breakfast at night because she was celebrating Ramadan…they even decorated my room with balloons and a special note for my birthday! I was really sad to leave! I will be returning. Highly recommend.

Pros:

Staff were lovely, very accommadating.
The views from the hotel were lovely
Room was clean
Got a lovely massage there aswell

Cons:

A bit of a workout to get to the hotel, however, there are little benches to sit on to catch your breathe as you go up. Definitely not as bad as it first seems. However, they definitely need a solution for the elderly and those with disabilities

Beautiful location, great staff and a trouble free stay
Pros:

Fantastic. Lovely staff who were welcoming, always asking if we needed anything. We stayed in tangier at a 5 star which was not really up to scratch. This place is a 4 star but honestly it felt more 5 star when we were there in terms of service and the staff. Good food for lunch and dinner.
All those that complain about the steps, I mean it’s a beautiful hotel in the mountains and you get the view everyone wants. So yes there are some steps…I mean what are people expecting them to do excavate a tunnel to it!? Ignore any bad review based on this.
The stray cats are cute and friendly as well.
Really nice rooms, clean and great decoration.

Best location in Chefchaouen
Pros:

The property has the best view, the staff was super friendly. It was really nice to talk to the staff, which helped us to enjoy our time there. The receptionist Abdel was really helpful and super friendly. Amen did a really good job serving us delisious food. Staff helped us carry luggage to the hotel, which super nice. Would recommend the hotel for everybody.

Heel bijzonder verblijf met prachtig uitzicht op Chefchaouen.
Pros:

Prachtige ligging. Alles tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Heel goed restaurant. Bijzonder vriendelijke ontvangst.

Cons:

Geen opmerkingen. Ongeveer 150 trappen om er te geraken, maar daardoor heel mooi uitzicht op de stad.

Stukje hemel op aarde!
Pros:

Echt alles klopt aan deze accommodatie, oké je moet er 180 treden voor omhoog, maar eenmaal boven word je rijkelijk beloond. Ook helpt het personeel je koffer te dragen naar boven.

Alles klopt tot in de detail in heel het hotel. De tuinen stralen rust uit, je hoort de vogeltjes en andere dieren, mooie fonteinen, overal een geweldig uitzicht over de blauwe stad.

Het ontbijt en diner zijn heel goed. Super fijne, vriendelijke bediening en alles heerlijk vers met een geweldig uitzicht, vooral met zonsondergang!

Fatima van de receptie is super lief en helpt goed, geen vraag is teveel. Ook haar mannelijke collega is super.

Geweldig hotel, dikke aanrader!

Jolie vue... Mais beaucoup d'escaliers

La gentillesse du personnel et la vue

Cons:

Certes la vue est magnifique, mais l'accès à l'hôtel est plutôt sportif
Si problème de mobilité, douleur au genou ou autre, problème cardiaque....
On a juste envie de faire demi tour en arrivant devant l'hôtel.

Beautiful place with great rooms, very nice staff & amazing service. Fantastic view of Chefchaouen. The spa& hammam is also great. Overall highly recommended.

Beautiful hotel with the most incredible views
Pros:

Dar Jasmine is in a stunning location with the most amazing views over the Blue City.
Rooms and common areas are beautifully decorated and incredibly comfortable.
The staff are all really fantastic and the reception team are the most welcoming we found in Morocco.

Cons:

The endless stairs to access the property - just be aware on booking. But the reward is worth the climb!
