Лучший отель в Марокко!
Pros:

В отеле было идеально все- номер, обслуживание, еда в ресторане . Чувствовали себя как дома, везде пахло жасмином (у нас в номере положили цветы жасмина даже в ванную)! Снаружи чудесный сад и панорамный бассейн. С нашего номера открывался вид на весь город ! В ресторане заказывали ужин, мясо было божественно! И свеже испеченый хлеб был божественный. Завтрак был исключительный , все из домашних продуктов! Настоятельно рекомендую этот отель, если едете в голубой город ! Он лучший !

Lovely Hotel high in the hills

Lovely hotel with stunning views of the Medina.
Super friendly staff
Havana room was very comfortable with views overlooking the a Medina and hills.
Very good restaurant
The hotel is beautifully decorated

Cons:

We were very surprised when we arrived to find that there are + 200 steps to climb so be warned if you are elderly

Intense climb. Amazing views and hotel. Slow food service
Pros:

Amazing view (once you’re up there). The room suite and common areas look like a a magazine. The room bathrooms and balcony are so clean. The pool and inside common areas are so nice.

Cons:

The hotel is a VERY steep climb. Then your room is another steep climb. If you cannot handle stairs this is not the hotel for you. Initially we were told to order dinner from their restaurant. Again with the climb down we were not going into the city. So we placed our order one hour before our reservation. When we got there our food didn’t come out for another hour. The same thing with the breakfast service. They need to hire another cook especially considering with the climb down taking at least 30 mins on rock steps people are going to eat in.

Номера уже хорошо бы отремонтировать. Еда не понравилась, ценник высокий. За 3 ложки салата от шефа (баклажаны и кабачки) 160 местных. И не вкусно. Еду заказывать заблаговременно. Выбор скудный. Завтрак очень долго ждать. Бассейн холодный. Высоко идти по ступенькам. Нет лицензии на алкоголь. Персонал очень слабый. Я удивлена. Особенно удивили жалобы персонала нам на других Гостей, которые все ещё отдыхали в отеле. Кроме того они забыли про нашу бронь стола на ужин. Еще и спорили минут 15. Было очень непрятно. Официанты в ресторане почти все очень недовольные. Уборку номера не дождаться. За такую цену хотелось бы больше удобств.

Pros:

The hotel, rooms and general grounds are absolutely beautiful. The view from the property is spectacular.

Cons:

The walk up to the hotel is significant and cannot be understated. While they send a porter it would have been useful to have been advised earlier of the 15min uphill incline. This way we would have been able to reduce our luggage and avoid the lovely porter having to carry three large suitcases up countless stairs.
