Puccini was pristine and peaceful
Pros:

Location, cleanliness, pleasantness of the staff, lots of parking space. The staff at the reception Marieangela and Indira were very pleasant to speak to, and were always willing to help. Our room was clean, comfortable, well stocked and had all the amenities. Good breakfast with very tasty cakes. We slept really well!

Cons:

Nothing really - what would be 'nicer' is if the warm breakfast items were re-stocked

Very nice hotel 4 stars quality and services
Pros:

Everything was great, the hotel, the staff, very nice location with great view over the lake. If we will come back for sure this will be our first option for stay.

Propreté emplacement gentillesse du personnel petit déjeuner

Cons:

Il faisait beaucoup trop chaud ds les couloirs de l'hôtel et ds la chambre,nous avons dû ouvrir la fenêtre, quel gaspillage d'énergie ! Nous l'avons signalé à la réception, qui a expliqué que le chauffage avait été mis en route depuis 2 jours et que la régulation était en cours....

Deux jours au final plutôt agréables .
Pros:

2eme chambre plus agréable et calme.
Très bon petit déjeuner.
Parking dans l’hôtel.

Cons:

1ere chambre mal située près de l’ascenseur et de l’accueil donc bruyante.
Accueil initial par un monsieur un peu froid et agressif mais heureusement bonne volonté le lendemain pour nous trouver une autre chambre.
