A quiet spacious room overlooking Lake Atitlan
Pros:

It was a spacious room which also included a lovely breakfast of eggs, avocado, mole, and fried banana with a coffee on the side. It had lovely lake views and was relatively quiet.

Cons:

It was located a bit further out from the main town however it was easily accessible by tuktuk. This did help with the noise levels also.

Pros:

Un lugar muy bonito ubicado a la orilla de la playa Las Cristalinas en San Juan La Laguna (cerca)

Cons:

Llovió y en la pérgola que estaba en ese momento tenía goteras, básicamente había que buscar dónde no caía agua.

La tranquilidad del lugar en donde está ubicado el hotel.

Cons:

El desayuno fue diferente a otro huésped que le sirvieron desayuno al mismo tiempo. Las fotos de la cercanía a la playa, es cierto pero no es parte del hotel. Y lo más importante las camas son de pésima calidad. Tampoco tiene T.V. y otra cosa es que tienen un perro a la le dan maltrato animal, porque este en malas condiciones.

Rooms and bathroom are terrible, property is ok, staff is nice
Pros:

Breakfast was good. The man who prepared it was very pleasant and courteous.

Cons:

The room itself wasn't comfortable. There was a window that could not be closed so mosquitoes came in all night. The washroom had no water. The flush was broken multiple times. I couldn't shower there at all. It was gross. Do it for a night if you really have to, but otherwise look the other way.

Само размещение нормальное, соответствует цене. Хороший завтрак. Мне понравилось.

Cons:

Персонал относится наплевательски. При бронировании указано, что они предоставляют туры, но по факту ответ «No se». Да и на любой ваш вопрос, ответ будет «я ничего не знаю», и уходят. Да, так же есть правило тут, что в туалете не можете сидеть более 4 минут. К слову один совмещенный туалет с душем на все комнаты.
