Property amenities are not fit for running a business. The whole power went off because someone took a long shower.
Shower heating system is very poor. Toilet doesn’t flush well. There is pee smell in the toilet the whole time I was there. Toilet paper was running out all the time and we had to keep asking for replacement and then they told us that we were running through too much paper toilet (that is shared among 3 different rooms).

Fair way from san pedro pier a few close restaurants Wrong info on Xela buses given not from square but from san pedro road (at jxn with rd to mercado municipal) at 10.30
My plans changed, so I didnt stay here for a night but only for couple of hours. Place seemed nice and clean to me. For a good value.
Location is perfect! Not nosiy like in the heart of the town
Felix and Rosalia were so lovely! The breakfast was included and was amazing, eggs and avocado toast every day and coffee.
The location was good, it was away from the centre but not having to walk up the huge hill.
The room was quite basic but we knew this when we booked and the pillow a bit hard but it was definitely value for money especially with the breakfast.

Private bathroom with hot water (I hadn’t had hot water for nearly 2 weeks in Guatemala!). Good location. Hammock outside my room. Amazing breakfast included in the price.
The dog upstairs was noisy, both barking and dragging things across my roof. There wasn’t a restaurant as such, just breakfast 07:00-08:30 daily.
