Rooms and bathroom are terrible, property is ok, staff is nice
Pros:

Breakfast was good. The man who prepared it was very pleasant and courteous.

Cons:

The room itself wasn't comfortable. There was a window that could not be closed so mosquitoes came in all night. The washroom had no water. The flush was broken multiple times. I couldn't shower there at all. It was gross. Do it for a night if you really have to, but otherwise look the other way.

Само размещение нормальное, соответствует цене. Хороший завтрак. Мне понравилось.

Cons:

Персонал относится наплевательски. При бронировании указано, что они предоставляют туры, но по факту ответ «No se». Да и на любой ваш вопрос, ответ будет «я ничего не знаю», и уходят. Да, так же есть правило тут, что в туалете не можете сидеть более 4 минут. К слову один совмещенный туалет с душем на все комнаты.

Cons:

- shower with really only few drops coming out (I thought others exagerate, but it's really easier to use a bucket than to rinse under this shower)
- bed: really old; while I don't care for the rest of the room, the bed comfort could be better
- check-out procedure and communication around availability of luggage storage: It was a nice and simple question if they keep luggage after check-out (as most hostels do due to the night bus being a regular option for travelers in San Pedro). Not only they don't offer it for free or against charge, but also when I asked for options in town they just reminded me I had to check-out in 5; luckily we found a very arranging tour operator that helped us

Amazing view and garden next to the lake - away from the tourist hotspots
Pros:

Such a beautiful garden and nice view. The owners are super friendly and they’re cooking an amazing breakfast. We stayed for 4 nights and could have stayed a lot longer. The price is not comparable to other places. I would always come back.

Cons:

The only “bad” thing is that the place is not super clean

Pour le prix, je n’ai rien à redire. C’est à 15
Pros:

L’endroit était un peu en retrait du centre, ce qui pour une personne qui fait moins la fête était l’idéal! Les déjeuners sont parfaits, la vue du lac est très joli! L’eau est chaude et malgré le débit peu intense, c’est parfait comme ça!

Cons:

Malheureusement, avec la chaleur guatémaltèque, le fait de n’avoir aucun équipement de ventilation est légèrement dommage. Un petit ventilateur aiderait à la circulation d’air dans les chambres.

Pros:

Property amenities are not fit for running a business. The whole power went off because someone took a long shower.

Cons:

Shower heating system is very poor. Toilet doesn’t flush well. There is pee smell in the toilet the whole time I was there. Toilet paper was running out all the time and we had to keep asking for replacement and then they told us that we were running through too much paper toilet (that is shared among 3 different rooms).

A great place to stay in San Pedro.
Pros:

Good breakfast served in the morning. Excellent location. The owner was very nice and welcoming.
