Glad it hd an A/C bc it was hot and humid outside.
The pool was nice but we couldn't use it since it was only open from 8am til 9 pm and it was past 9pm when we checked in.
There was sand around the room and under the bed, the stand with the mirror was very dusty, and they didn't leave us any towels in the bathroom to dry off after showering. Upon check out they asked us about the towels and we told the front desk that we didn't get any. And she didn't even apologize
The restaurant had amazing food, helpful, friendly staff and the location was perfect.

This is a great location. We stayed in the area before, and it is close to many good places to eat, the beach (chahue), and the Chedraui (big grocery store). Easy and reasonable walk to Santa Cruz or La Crucecita.
Room was a little smaller than anticipated based on the pictures, but still cozy and quiet.
Pool was excellent and often quiet, which was very nice.
Son Juan restaurant, which is right in front, was convenient and excellent.
This small hotel is a 5 minute walk to one of the best beaches in Mexico.

The location of the hotel is perfect; it's very easy to get to any of the bays that Huatulco has to offer. There is a mall and a convenience store within walking distance, and several restaurants with delicious and affordable food. The facilities are lovely and clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Toilet was not working when we arrived. Had to get maintence to replace flushing unit. No face towels, no silverware in kitchen suite. I felt the price was a bit high and the facilites needed work.
This small hotel had absolutely lovely staff. Very helpful and friendly. The pool was wonderful with lots of space to sit and read in the water, or swim and play. Rooms were clean and any issues addressed quickly. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from our favourite beach, and a nice walk or short taxi drive to the marina and the historical district and restaurants. We started every morning with a cappuccino and breakfast in the patio restaurant. Great service and clean rooms. Would stay again.
The pool, fresh and cleaned rooms, shower, balcony. And generally, where the hotel is. Next to the place is a grocery store, a big department store, cinema, downtown itself, and dozens of taxis.
Needs comfortable pllows! Needs a bigger TV, needs a coffee machine. It's Oaxaca bb, land of coffee!
Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a great time at the pool. The restaurant was nice and location was very good, less than 5 minutes from the mercado.

The location was perfect. Staff were excellent at all levels and all areas were very clean.
We had a kitchenette, they could use better cooking utensil's such as a a better variety of sizes of pots and pans with lids.
Our stay at Eden Costa was comfortable. The room had air conditioning, the pool was clean, and the restaurant was airy. We only stayed the one night, though, which was enough for us. Customer service was lacking, as were the finer details of a "boutique" hotel.
Front Desk agent didn't even greet us on arrival, and was dismissive at other times.
The pool is open until 9pm, yet the same staff member came at 8pm and, without any communication, just turned off the jacuzzi jets while there were still guests sitting quietly in that very section. So bizarre.
The included breakfast offered coffee or juice, and when we asked for tea instead, they said they'd have to charge us. Quite the unnecessary line to draw, in our opinion.
The internet connection was excellent. Grocery stores, etc. within a 5-minute walk.
The room was subpar. The white towels were stained. The toilet lid was loose and partially broken. The pics showing the hotel doesn´t show the surrounding area, which is sub-par.
