Bardzo słabe śniadanie, brak wyboru wędlin czy serów, na gorąco ciepłe wymoczone parówki, brak ketchupu i musztardy i obrażona mina pani po odnalezieniu jej ,brak obsługi w recepcji, trzeba chodzić szukać pani z recepcji.
W pokoju wykładzina sprawiająca wrażenie bardzo brudnej, pokój czysty , łazienka czysta.Najważniejsza wymiana wykładziny na podłodze w pokoju, dzięki temu zyska na estetyce i czystości pokój.szklenie pracowników w kontakcie z goście hotelowym -uśmiech na twarzy a nie obrażona mina. Zainwestować w dzwonek w recepcji
