Pros:

Rooms were clean with everything needed

Cons:

I had booked 2 triple rooms we were told upon arrival that they didnt know how I had done this. But were then given 2 room keys to find only 5 beds. In total. One room was a double with a single as the booking stated the other room was 2 singles only which was supposed to be 3 singles. Eventually after proving the rooms we had booked on my booking.com confirmation they then found a spare room with 2 singles. So all was eventually rectified, but my only worry is that in future this could happen to someone else and if the rest of the rooms are fully booked they would be left without a bed.

Simple but accommodating
Pros:

A friendly, welcoming hotel with a large room and a comfortable bed. Nothing fancy but perfectly acceptable for the cost. Ideal for cyclists, with a good breakfast and the bar downstairs.

Cons:

The shower pressure was very low and the room could do with a bit of redecorating - some of the decor was a bit shabby.

Fantastic location, great weather, great riding!
Pros:

As a group of young lads visiting the area to ride on the bike trails, we obviously had our expensive bikes with us and the staff at the hotel were massively helpful and accomodating in helping us get the bikes into the secure storage area and also set up the chargers for the bikes. Very helpful and friendly people that I would highly recommend if staying in the area with your bikes.

Pros:

The staff were very friendly on arrival and at breakfast. The room was basic but clean and the bed very comfy. Didn't have any issue with noise from the bar below. The shower was roasting hot which was just what I needed. I didn't have the breakfast as left early but the continental stuff looked fine. Good coffee also 😀

Cons:

Nothing - I would say the room is value for money, basic but clean.

No offer of any money back when I told the owner of the sewage backing into the shower tray at Nrw Year

Pros:

Staff were great , very attentive

Cons:

Pillows were extremely hard , the pub was extremely noisy as our room was directly above . Did try to get a room that wasn’t above but unfortunately none were available. Maybe just unlucky with the room though again staff did try to help us with this issue .
