Pros:

Habitación amplia, aunque desangelada

Cons:

Caro para lo q ofrece, edifico q necesita reforma en general. Además pedí cama grande y me encontré dos camas y no había como cambiar al no tener recepción

Fijne kamer maar we komen hier nooit terug. Wel in Arrasate! Mooie plek.

Prima kamer, fijne bedden

Cons:

Geen personeel en dus geen service. Vreselijk onpersoonlijk. Alles digitaal, zelfs de sleutels. Na reservering tot 2 keer buiten in de regen moeten staan omdat het voor hen niet duidelijk was dat we binnen mochten. Verder 12 euro extra moeten betalen voor een kleine hond.

La ubicación, céntrico

Cons:

Jamás vimos a nadie en la recepción. Tienes que hacerlo tú absolutamente todo por lo que resulta algo caro para el servicio que tienes, que es ninguno. No había ni sabana bajera. Además íbamos con las bicis, que se podían haber dejado perfectamente dentro y en un saloncito que tenían sin utilizar. Pero no nos dieron ninguna opción, solo que las sacáramos fuera y fin. La primera vez en años que nos pasa esto en un alojamiento.

Buena ubicación, baño mejorable
Pros:

La habitación era grande y las camas bastante cómodas. Además había una ventana a la calle, muy agradable.

Cons:

El baño tiene una reforma de hace 30 años (monomando, cortina, bañera...). Estaba limpio, claro, pero debería ser reformado quitando la bañera para facilitar la accesibilidad, y poner una mampara en lugar de la triste cortina.
Para mi lo peor es la entrada, no hay personal en la recepción y se supone que tienes que tener un smartphone para el proceso. En realidad llamando al teléfono te abren las puertas de abajo y habitación donde hay una tarjeta-llave electrónica. Un rollo este sistema de gaiarooms, la verdad.
