Davantage qualitatif qu’attendu, une belle expérience.
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse et lit confortable, avec frigo et eau minerale pour nous deux (belle surprise). L’accès par simple clic sur le smartphone est original et très pratique.

Cons:

Je ne trouve aucun point négatif.

Pros:

Locatie direct aan het plein van Arrasate. Kamer was comfortabel en het was gemakkelijk dat we een digitale sleutel hadden waardoor we op elk gewenst moment konden aankomen.

Cons:

Geen parkeergelegenheid, geen contact gehad met personeel.

Pros:

Alojamiento bien ubicado en el centro. La habitación no tenía aire, un ventilador, pero bastante bien. A nuestro parecer el precio algo alto para el tipo de alojamiento. Recomendable para pasar una/dos noches si haces ruta por el norte. Punto positivo que no cobran extra por la mascota.

Cons:

No hay aire acondicionado, no hay ascensor y hay muchas escaleras, no hay recepcionista físico,, es todo a través de una máquina o llamando ppr teléfono. Alrededor no hay para aparcar salvo el parking y zonas de pago. El sitio es muy lúgubre y no se asemeja la habitación a las de las fotos por lo que lo veo carisimo para como era la habitación. Súper decepciinada

Die 38 Millionen Emails und Nachrichten, die vorher und nachher kamen wegen Handycheckin. Funktioniert gut, ist aber anstrengend.

hôtel à éviter à éviter

rien compte tenu des wc bouché

Cons:

d'avoir les wc bouchées, les protège matelas jaune a notre arrivée, personne pour répondre sur place, et la hotline ne répond pas a vos demandes pire nous dises qu'il nous envoie une maintenance et personne ne vient et n'apprécie pas que l'on appel bookin pour signaler le problème, séjour horrible, hôtel a éviter.

Magnífico sitio para desconectar de la rutina
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel y el ambiente del pueblo

Cons:

Aunque todo estuvo muy bien y la atención telefónica fue muy buena, echamos de menos que ya no tienen personal y que no haya nadie en la recepción
