We booked two rooms. Only issue that room #2 air conditioning was not working well. Room never got cooler than 80degrees

It was really perfect.
Pros:

This is a lovely property and is exceptionally clean & very comfortable. Truly, it couldn’t be nicer! Also, it’s within easy walking distance of several nice restaurants. There are not only nice places for lunch and dinner, but also a full service breakfast restaurant as well as a coffee shop with pastries and lighter food choices. Book with confidence. I wish every place we choose to stay sight unseen was as nice as this place.

Cons:

We couldn’t figure out how to work the fans in the front porch, but it could easily have been our own incompetence when it comes to things like this…definitely NOT a negative of note, just the one and only problem we had. The porch is such a cute place to sit, but the heat was overwhelming during our stay.

Really enjoyable stay in a very comfortable property.
Pros:

Comfortable room finished to a very high standard. Plenty of parking in a quite neighborhood. Communication with the owner was very straight forward through booking.com. Exceptional value.

Great trip back home.
Pros:

We were really surprised by the facility. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the experience was great overall. The front porch in the morning was one of my favorite parts :)

Pros:

location was great. beautiful house and spacious rooms. beds were comfortable. bathrooms were super clean.

Cons:

the coffee machine in suite 7 had mold in the tank. suite 7 bedroom AC unit was making a noise that made it hard to sleep, the unit would not turn off or change modes. the long numbers for the door locks made it difficult for memorization

Beautifully thought out, spacious boutique hotel
Pros:

It is clean and spacious and welcoming.

Cons:

Bathroom tiles showed discoloration at the bottom.
Even though the weather was really nice on Friday, the furniture on the porch were very dirty - could not sit and enjoy the outdoors.

Close to where I needed to go

Cons:

Stairs no one picked up the trash we put outside our door along with the towels and was told they would be picked up but wasn’t no staff there at all for entire stay

Enjoyed our stay
Pros:

It didn't feel like a hotel. It felt like we were staying in a little apartment. It was decorated cute. The bed was comfortable. Great location.

Cons:

It was cold in the room. The heat was working but didn't seem like it was getting warm enough. We found a dead bug in the bedroom. There was hair in the shower.
