Baustelle, kein Frühstück aber freundlicher Empfang.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist gut erreichbar. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich

Cons:

Es gab kein Frühstück.
Das Bett war extrem unbequem und das Zimmer klein.
Im Bereich des Eingangs, Empfangs und das Treppenhaus war eine Baustelle.

Code für den Eingang und das gebuchte Zimmer hat nicht funktioniert, Zimmer war schon belegt, keine Entschuldigung! Nie

Ich hatte ein DZ gebucht und vorab bezahlt und Codes für den Eingang und Zimmer bekommen. Als wir (zwei junge Frauen) nach einem Konzert am B&B ankamen, hat der Code nicht funktioniert. Nach längerem Warten kamen wir zum Glück mit anderen Gästen ins Gebäude.
Als wir den Code an unserem Zimmer eingeben wollten ging dies erneut nicht.
Hilfe über die Telefonnummer oder Rezeption haben wir nicht bekommen, da niemand mehr erreichbar war. Nach einem weiteren Versuch öffnete sich dann unsere Zimmertür und das Zimmer war schon von zwei jungen Männern besetzt. Es zeigte sich, dass das Zimmer zweimal gebucht war und wir nun keine Möglichkeit hatten irgend ein anderes Zimmer zu bekommen, da alles belegt war. Schlussendlich haben wir dann auf dem Boden geschlafen, in einem Zimmer zweier anderer Mädchen!
Am nächsten Morgen erklärten wir den Sachverhalt an der Rezeption und beschwerten uns über die oben beschriebenen Missstände!
Es gab nicht mal eine Entschuldigung!!! Wären nicht auch noch andere Gäste vom Konzert gekommen, hätten wir bei Kälte auf der Straße gestanden!!!
Nach eindringlicher Forderung haben wir dann das Geld zurückbekommen!
Nie wieder!!!
Außerdem macht die Unterkunft keinen sauberen Eindruck, die Flure heruntergekommen….

It was ok.
Pros:

check in was fast and easy, location was very quiet and the room was very clean

Cons:

The room got very cold during the night, and the installed A/C unit didnt really work that well
The TV was broken the hole time and none of the TV functions worked
For the price i would have expected more

Tolles Zimmer, neu renoviert. Tolles Bad. Preis angemessen. Hervorragend für die Durchreise.

Cons:

Extrem kleines Zimmer. Keine Bewegungsfreiheit. Für korpulente Personen nicht empfehlenswert. Betten viel zu schmal. Matratze nur 80 cm breit.
