OK if you drive. Less so if you walk.
Pros:

Good enough for a short stay if you bring your own/rented car. It is right by the highway and very close to the campus, in a driving sense. It also features a parking lot.

The property itself is fine, and so is the room, though a little bit old. There's also a small Japanese restaurant right on the entry which opens almost all day.

The bathroom has a water heater for showering and the water pressure is fine.

Overall, I had a relatively pleasant short stay. But, there are some caveats.

Cons:

If you commute mainly on foot, however, then it becomes less appealing. The highway creates a stark contrast of the surroundings on both sides, and the property unfortunately resides on the less developed part.

Not counting the small restaurant next to the property, there's nothing else within a comfortable walking distance (as of 2025). You will need to either use the pedestrian overpass 350 m away to cross the highway to the campus side for things like convenient stores or various restaurants, or get to the small avenue next to it.

The path along the way to the overpass is also dimly lit at night and gets dirty after the rain, which does not inspire confidence. You will want a taxi or Grab to get around comfortably.

The property itself only offers frozen meals which need to be microwaved, and a vending machine and a small refrigerator for drinks. No kitchen-made meals.

The room does not have 3-hole electrical outlets. You will need a 2-hole to 3-hole adapter if you need to charge your laptop. The available outlets are also in less convenient places around the room. The TV is pretty much unusable.

WiFi is limited to 1 or 2 active devices at a time and is not very fast, but at least you can surf the internet and social networks. Cellular network will work at reduced speed in the building.

Clean and cozy
Pros:

I like that it was clean and the beds were nice and firm. Pillows and towels were clean. The rooms were spacious enough. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. It was also very convenient to get food there. There were plenty of plug points - very good for our needs.

Cons:

We booked 7 rooms. 2 rooms had a some trouble with the flushing system.

It does provide a good sleep, which serves its purpose, but considering the price, I expected more.
Pros:

The bed is unexpectedly comfortable and has a firm, sturdy feel, which I prefer over overly soft beds. The curtain is excellent at blocking out light from outside. Despite looking very old, the air conditioner works perfectly fine. Overall, the room provides a good quality sleep for me.

Cons:

Much of the furniture is quite old and looks like it might break if used. There is a lack of good-quality soap and shampoo. The free internet is poor and unusable in my room, and my mobile internet provider (TRUE Internet) also has a weak signal in the room.

It was a horrible experience, and I did not get any rest during my stay.
Pros:

Close to Thammasat University. So, it's convenient for people who need to visit the university.

Cons:

1. The room has zero soundproofing, and you will hear everything from the street and the hallway all night! It's just horrible.

2. Hot water in the shower didn't work.

3. The night shift staff I met was rude and showed zero hospitality.

4. The bed mattress is rock hard.

5. The provided pillow and blankets are of very low quality.
