Ein marodes, unsicheres Hotel mit fehlender und maroder Ausstattung – absolut unzumutbar!

Außer der Aussicht leider gar nichts!

Cons:

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt vorzeitig abgebrochen, weil dieses Hotel in nahezu allen Bereichen eine Zumutung war.
Der angebliche Privatstrand ist winzig, ohne Liegen oder sonstige Ausstattung. Direkt daneben befindet sich ein völlig überfüllter öffentlicher Strand – an Erholung ist dort überhaupt nicht zu denken.
Auch das Hotel selbst ist in einem maroden und unsicheren Zustand. Die steile, teils beschädigte Treppe wirkt gefährlich und ungepflegt, genau wie der restliche Gebäudebereich. Insgesamt macht alles einen heruntergekommenen Eindruck, der absolut nicht zu den Beschreibungen passt.
Zusätzlich fehlte ein Teil der versprochenen Ausstattung – darunter eine Wanne auf dem Balkon, die ausdrücklich angegeben war, aber schlicht nicht existierte.
Insgesamt fühlte ich mich weder sicher noch gut aufgehoben. Dieses Hotel ist weit von dem entfernt, was man erwarten darf.
Ich kann dieses Haus absolut nicht weiterempfehlen.

Geht so…
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind einfach aber sauber. Der junge Mann am Strand und dem zum Hotel gehörenden Café / Bar war sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Der Strand ist nett, jedoch ab 10 Uhr überlaufen.

Cons:

Die Betten sind sehr hart und die Plastik Bettwäsche ist gruselig. Die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung. Leider war die Unterkunft jedoch zu teuer, für das was geboten war und die Bilder sehen nach mehr aus.

Everything was absolutely fine. The staff were friendly and helpful. The private beach is excellent. There is a beach restaurant nearby. It was a pleasant escape from the Prague winter.

Front to the sea

Cons:

I am very disappointed with my experience at this hotel. During check-out, I discovered that money was missing from the safe in my room.

This is a very serious situation because guests should be able to trust the security of their belongings in a hotel. I reported the issue, but I did not receive a satisfactory response.

I strongly advise future guests to be very careful with their valuables and not to rely on the room safe.

It is really unfortunate because the hotel and location are nice, but security should be a priority.

Csodálatos helyen van egyszerűen varázslatos, az ember egy tündérmesében érzi magát ez egy álommá varázsolta a nyaralásomat itt!🥰❤️

A beautiful stay, outside of the hustle and bustle
Pros:

The hotel is right on Tri Trang beach, which is beautiful and quiet. The staff were fantastic, especially Dave, on the beach, he was extremely attentive and helpful. He makes any beach day the perfect day!

The view is wonderful, but the stairs are not for the weak.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft mit direktem Strandzugang
Pros:

Die Lage direkt am Strand mit Restaurant und der Möglichkeit zu frühstücken.
Das es möglich ist, zum paradise beach zu laufen und auf dem Weg Cafes mit wunderschöner Aussicht auf das Meer zu finden sind, man Elefanten sieht und einen Adler auf die Hand nehmen kann.
Nachts hat neben der Unterkunft ein Elefant trompetet.
Die Hängematte!

Cons:

Das man bei der Ankunft erst nicht empfangen wurde und man nach dem Personal suchen musste ( ich habe es dann doch gefunden),
das meine Ankunftsnachricht erst spät beantwortet wurde.

It is realy clean and it has a beautiful view of the sea.It is in a nice area surrounded by nature.It is like being close to jungle.The beach is like private one.There are no crowds of people at all.If you do not mind having less places to eat in and shop, it is a great place to stay and relax.The beach bar is good to have drinks (1 drink = one deckchair all day long) and snacks but if you are eager to eat Thai Food we recommend you to walk to the restaurant called Naikung.

Very pleasant location next to beautiful beach
Pros:

Great location overlooking a beautiful beach. Good spacious accommodation and very helpful staff. The room was very clean and serviced on request.

Cons:

Apart from the beach bar/cafe on the neighbouring resort all other eateries were a long walk away and if the tide was in the only option was to walk along the road - a much longer way round to get to other restaurants. There is no food available at the resort but the Seven Eleven store was a 15 mins walk away to buy food for breakfast

Pros:

Die Unterkunft entspricht den Bildern. Alles sauber, alle sehr freundlich.
Wenn man sich einen Roller in der Unterkunft ausleiht, genaue Bilder und Videos machen. Die Angestellten kontrollieren sehr genau.

Cons:

Da die Unterkunft an einem Hang herab gebaut ist, ist der Anblick des Nebenbaus nicht sehr schön. Das Schloss des Balkons ist kaputt gegangen, darum wollte man sich aber direkt kümmern. Da wir nur noch eine Nacht hatten und keiner über den Balkon einsteigen kann, hatten wir gebeten das nach den Checkout zu erledigen.
