Séjour au vert très ressourçant et très agréable
Pros:

Tout était parfait ! le petit déjeuner était très bon, le repas à l'Annexe gourmande était également très bon et d'un bon rapport qualité prix, la localisation près d'Orval et de la frontière française était parfaite pour nous, le domaine est très beau et reposant. Le wellness privatif était un énorme plus à notre séjour et nous a permis un petit moment off de qualité. Enfin le personnel était très à l'écoute et très flexible pour faire en sorte que notre séjour se déroule au mieux. Encore un grand merci à Alycia pour sa flexibilité et sa gentillesse.

Super séjour!
Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel, l’espace de la chambre, le très grand bain de la salle de bain. Le spa.

Cons:

La chambre est très bien isolée des bruits extérieurs mais on entend tous les bruits du couloir (voisins qui rentrent tard,…)

Un avre de paix en pleine nature
Pros:

L'accueil était très chaleureux
Nous avons très bien dormi avec une literie très confortable. Une salle de bain spacieuse. Un petit déjeuner copieux.
Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la privatisation du spa.

Het is een mooie ligging. Het is er rustig met een ruime parking en mooie kamers. Het ontbijt was eenvoudig maar heel lekker.

Pros:

Beautiful and comfortable. Great reception and given the weather and the fact that nothing was open (Jan1st), we were kindly allowed to arrive much earlier.
Lovely warm space, and large room and bathroom too. It’s very close to Orval Abbey and beautiful countryside too.

Cons:

The shower head is an odd choice, very difficult to get fully wet.

Heel goed verblijf met heerlijk ontbijt.
Pros:

Mooie ruime badkamer. Goed bed. Heerlijk ontbijt, was ruime keus. Hartelijke ontvangst van Catherine. We kregen duidelijke aanwijzingen voor de aankomst via mail.
Mooie omgeving, vlakbij Abdij van Orval.

Cons:

Te dik kussen maar is persoonlijk.

Pros:

The rooms are located on a beautiful property very close to Orval and Florenville. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Price is good. Bed was very comfortable and the area is very quiet. There were groups staying in other accommodations and we didnt hear anything.

Cons:

Breakfast was adequate, very traditional for Belgian/French habits, no eggs, no warm options, no bacon etc... Focus is on sweet stuff. Coffee was simply Senseo coffee, for convenience I understand but that could be improved. We were the only one in the breakfast room that morning.

The shower water pressure in the warm is absolutely not enough. I am not sure if that's problem due to the rural location of Villers dvt Orval, or the plumbing in the building. But my partner has long and thick hair, and washing it was just a struggle. It was barely possible. This really need improvement.

The rest of the room is great, clean and nice interior. But that shower really doesn't match the quality of the room.

The automatic light sensors are understandable for energy saving purposes, but in pratical life, it's just annoying.
