Première et dernière fois dans cet hôtel.

Il y a eu une panne de climatisation et on m’avais garantie que à 23h à mon arrivée avec un bébé de 6 mois et un chat la clime serait réparé. On arrive à 23h et on nous dit qu’elle allait être réparé à 00h. Une heure dans la chaleur dans une petite chambre dans laquelle on m’avait accepté la demande d’un lit pour bébé et on nous a donné un lit simple pour adulte sur un lit double. Sans compter le sol pas propre du tout et une serviette où il y avait une petite tache marron… pour finir un petit déjeuner au prix de 10€ ou il y avait très peu de choix et où nous l’as même pas offert comme dédommagement de la panne de la veille!! Bref.. mauvaise première expérience dans cet hôtel après un voyage en voiture de 1600km.

Grand parking à disposition

Cons:

Climatisation défaillante en pleine période de canicule, même si l'information de cette défaillance a été donnée par la réceptionniste à l'arrivée.
Pas de table de nuit, un simple filet par très pratique à côté du lit.
Les prescriptions d'urgence dans un français incompréhensible. Je ne dis pas bravo pour la sécurité!

Bon accueil
Pros:

L'accueil de la responsable qui était très contrariée de la panne de clim mais qui nous a rassuré

Cons:

L'impossibilité d'aller dans la chambre prendre une douche avant le concert puisque la climatisation était en panne et nous ne savions pas si nous allions récupérer notre chambre sans clim
