Veramente ottimo
Pros:

Struttura in posizione ottima. Camera pulita. Piscina ampia. Compresi nel costo ombrellone e 2 sdraio in in lido a 200 mt. Ottimo il ristorante con personale cordiale e preparato sul menù e sui vini. Portate non banali e ottima materia prima.

A disappointing stay. Certainly wasn’t what we thought we were getting.

The staff were friendly & breakfast was good

Cons:

We thought we were getting high end accommodation due to the photos on the website. We arrived to find a torn & worn out head board for the bed. It was torn in many places. The window had major cracks running from top to bottom. The card for the power was broken. We couldn’t use the pool due to noise restrictions (this was not mentioned on the website). This meant that we had very limited hours to use the pool. (10-12 and 4-7).
The furniture in the dining room was substandard with one of the chairs almost breaking when my husband sat down (he’s not a weighty person).
The website showed that our room had a view of the hills. It did indeed but it also had a railway line directly in front with high speed trains running 24/7.

Posizione e piscina

Cons:

L'hotel una volta sicuramente eccellente, non ha ricevuto adeguata manutenzione durante gli anni e lo si vede da porte scrostate, umidità che ha lasciato segni sui muri delle scale e altri piccoli dettagli nelle camere (es. Testiera del letto scrostata). Lo staff un po' perso nel suo mondo, la signora che si dedica alle pulizie invece molto premurosa e attenta. Purtroppo a colazione ti devono piacere solo tre cose: uova, latte con i cereali e cornetti.

Ottimo soggiorno in una struttura molto ospitale
Pros:

Posizione molto comoda per raggiungere la spiaggia (a circa 100 mt, tutto in piano, molto importante per me che ho qualche problema di deambulazione). Parcheggio gratuito comodo, questo naturalmente a giugno quando ho fatto il mio soggiorno. Camera ampia, ben tenuta, mobili nuovi (peccato il frigo che non rinfrescava), wi-fi gratuito e aria condizionata perfetta, serramenti ben isolanti (non si sentiva il treno che passava poco lontano). Spiaggia compresa nel prezzo, ampia e ben tenuta, elementi da non sottovalutare. Piscina nella struttura, sempre pulita e ordinata ed esposta al sole. Di sera, col bel tempo, possibilità di cenare a bordo piscina nel ristorante di pesce di ottima qualità, gestito con buon gusto e stile non dozzinale, buona anche la carta dei vini con attenzione ai prodotti della zona. Personale gentile e disponibile con naturalezza, sempre con un sorriso per accogliere (e anche questo oggi non è mai scontato). Un complimento speciale per la bravura di Remo in cucina, accompagnata da serietà, impegno e voglia di fare.
