Очень хороший чистый номер
Pros:

Очень приятный администратор. В номере было чисто, уютно. Были необходимые принадлежности: тапочки, зубной набор, шампунь, гель для душа, чайник, стаканы.
Рядом метро, что очень удобно.
С балкона было видно горы

Pros:

Although the hotel looks a bit old from the outside, it was exceptionally clean inside. I felt very comfortable in my room. The air conditioning, refrigerator, and all electrical appliances were working perfectly. The ventilation was excellent, and I really enjoyed my time at this hotel. My stay was very pleasant, and I would highly recommend this hotel to others. In addition, considering the quality of services and facilities, the price of this hotel was very reasonable.

What a terrible stay! This hotel ruined my experience in Georgia. Will never come back to Georgia!!

Cons:

- A very uncomfortable bed with a lot of old stains on the sheets
- Small ants were crawling around in old stained carpet
- The whole floor smells like an ashtray. I wish I knew before checking in late at night. I wouldn't have picked this place. It was too late for me to find another place.
- No soundproofing at all. I was woken by some drunken dudes talking loudly at midnight but staff didn't care about it. One guy tried to open my door. It was a terrifying experience and I felt really scared and uncomfortable.
- Tiny bathroom - zero chance you can have a shower in that tiny bathroom. I had to just brush my teeth and wash my face before checking out early in the morning. I went to take a shower at the next hotel.

Staff were friendly but I was really disappointed by the poor condition of this hotel. I don't understand how this hotel has a fairly high guest review score.

Een goede locatie

Cons:

Ze hebben de eerste dag toen we aankwamen een verkeerde kamer gegeven zonder raam en we moesten lang wachten omdat de kamer die wij boekten toch niet vrij was maar de 2de dag hebben ze het opgelost .

Ruhige Lage und trotzdem gleich an den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt. Das Hotel ist innen deutlich schöner als aussen. David ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. So viel Service und Hilfe habe ich nur selten erfahren. Absolut top!
