Pros:

Sehr familiäre Athmosphäre, hervorragendes Frühstück, persönliche Unterstützung/ Flughafentransfer wurde organisiert so, dass wir morgens um 6 Uhr im Hotel angekommen konnten.
Die Lage ist gut, man kann in ca. 5 bis 10 Minuten zu Fuß in der Gegend der Schwefelbäder sein.

We are deeply grateful for the wonderful hospitality we received. Roman and his mother, Lyudmila, welcomed us so kindly, and everything was wonderful. The breakfasts were delicious, the atmosphere was warm and caring, and we felt truly looked after. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. We would be very happy to return

В этом прекрасном отеле нам с мужем понравилось абсолютно всё!!! Гостеприимство превзошло все наши ожидания!!! Нас встретили домашним вином и сыром !!!
Оооочень вкусный разнообразный завтрак, все блюда готовят сами и по домашнему)))) . Горячие хачапури, свежесваренный кофе, блинчики и к ним изумительное варенье в ассортименте, компот , сыры и много другое !!!

Супер удобная кровать , это важно ! В номере собственное отопление, теплый пол , есть все необходимое! И конечно вид из панорамного окна на весь Тбилиси !

Great spot to stay when visiting Tbilisi!
Pros:

Roman and his Mum are great and very welcoming. We’re given a wine tasting, shots of vodka and a snack on arrival, on the house! Breakfast was amazing, Mum wouldn’t stop feeding us, we lasted until dinner 😂 lovely seating area downstairs and a terrace upstairs to take in the view. Roman is very helpful and we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Роман, хозяин отеля, стал нам другом за короткое время проживания. Очень уютный, современный отель.
Pros:

Очень гостеприимный отель! Очень Вкусные и сытные завтраки! Домашняя выпечка и вкусности! Рядом исторический центр Тбилиси, прогулки по улочкам, горы все рядом. Хозяева отеля очень гостеприимные, помогали решать любые вопросы. Угощали вином. рекоммендовали куда съездить и что посмотреть. Сами номера удобные и современные, все чисто и комфортно! Рекоммендую!

Amazing experince
Pros:

Hotel was amazing and Roman and his mother amd Saloma amazing also. Room and all hotel very clean and breakfast was amazing. Roman welcomed us with amazing Wine and cheese also first night he guided for us around 1 hour. Great family hotel

Sehr herzlich und gastfreundlich
Pros:

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Roman und seine Familie sind sehr herzlich und gastfreundlich. Sie bereiten jeden Morgen ein großes leckeres Frühstück zu. Da wir zweimal schon vor der offiziellen Frühstückszeit los mussten, haben sie das Frühstück sogar extra für uns früher zubereitet.
Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen und von der Dachterrasse hat man eine schöne Aussicht über die Stadt.
