Pros:

Standard but good breakfast, also dinner ok. Owners and some of the staff very friendly and helpfull. Easy hotel transfer shuttle to and from the skislopes. Nice winelist.

Cons:

Sommelier at first evening was very annoying, customer unfriendly. The hotel had some very good staff, but some were not up to standard, difficult to fine good staffing. Overall the hotel is getting outdated.

Nice staff and decent location but not worth price point
Pros:

Staff was very nice and accommodating! Good location to slopes and provided shuttle to the gondola with ability to return by ski within 150 m of the property.

Cons:

Understating that Val Gardena is an expensive location for lodging - still the value of this hotel for €375 a night for single room is misrepresented and subpar. The hotel is extremely outdated and the breakfast is minimal. The spa is small and the ski locker room was outdated and smelt poorly. I did not think this was a bad stay by any means but I was very disappointed for the price point that I paid.

Ontspannend, goed verzorgd en klantgericht.
Pros:

1. De vriendelijke en klantgerichte bediening van de staf
2. De dagelijkse variatie in het hotel-menu en de kwaliteit daarvan. Prima wijnkaart ook!

Perfect location to stay while visiting for the Sellaronda Bike Day
Pros:

Room had a great view, very cosy, and the breakfast was good. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. I was staying here to join the Sellaronda Bike Day event that had a nearby start point and it was perfect for that. They also had a garage to store the bikes which was perfect.

Very nice hotel, but there was one unfortunate thing
Pros:

The food was very good, the staff were friendly and the room was comfortable.

Cons:

My daughter's birthday was on July 29th during our stay, so I requested the hotel a week in advance to provide a birthday cake at dinner on her birthday, and they gladly agreed. However, on the day of the stay, they completely ignored my request without any explanation, which left me feeling very disappointed and sad. I have made similar requests at various hotels, but this is the first time I have been ignored. The request exchange is still available on the Booking.com website.

평안히 휴식할 수 있는 숙소
Pros:

방이 넓었고, 방에서 보는 뷰가 아주 좋았습니다. 직원들도 모두 친절했고, Selva 중심가와 가까워서 다니기 좋았습니다. 저녁 식사도 아주 만족스러웠습니다.

Cons:

수영장 물 온도가 여름임에도 불구하고 더운 물 수준으로 너무 높아서 수영을 할 수 없었습니다. 계절에 맞는 물 온도를 조절하면 좋겠습니다.
