Familiengeführtes Hotel, eine Herzlichkeit und Freundlichkeit die einfach nur gut tut!
Pros:

Direkt neben der Piste, mit kleinem Zwischenlift direkt zur Dantercepies Talstation in die Sella Ronda einsteigen, SUPER!
Frühstück +++: Regionale Produkte u Backwaren aus Südtirol, herzhaftes und Süsses gleichermassen, Kuchen, Eier in verschiedenen Zubreitungsformen nach Wunsch; kleine wechselnde Add-ons: Smoothies, Dips etc.; sehr reichhaltig +++
3 Sterne Hotel mit sehr gutem PreisLeistungsverhältnis (wie ich finde)

Außergewöhnlich freundliches Personal
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, das uns Wandertipps gab und bei sehr später Ankunft sogar noch eine Schnitte gemacht hat :) So freundliches Personal und guten Service haben wir selten erlebt. Zudem sehr gute Lage und schöner Ausblick vom Zimmer.
Nach einer langen Wanderung, oder Radtour lädt der Saunabereich zum Entspannen ein.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Gem in Selva di Val Gardena
Pros:

The rooms were very clean and spacious! Our room had a spectacular view. Breakfast was wonderful, and the staff was friendly. Next time, I’ll take more time to learn the bus system, included with our room, to avoid parking fees at the sites; however, we rented a car for more flexibility.

Wonderfull stay! I will for sure be back :)
Pros:

Wonderfull hotel, managed by very friendly family. It has perfect location in Selva di Val Gardena, very close to the city / shops / restaurants and also to the lifts. The view from the hotel is amazing, both from room as from the restaurant. Breakfast buffet was excellent with good choice of high quality local products. I really enjoyed the stay, it was just perfect.

Cons:

Literally nothing comes to my mind. All was excellent!

Traumhotel in traumhafter Lage!
Pros:

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war einfach perfekt! 🍀
Das Frühstück war unglaublich lecker, die Zimmer wunderschön, blitzsauber und mit einem traumhaften Ausblick. Das Hotel liegt in einem wunderschönen, charmanten Städtchen, und in der Nähe gibt es viele tolle Ausflugsziele, wie zum Beispiel die Seceda in den Dolomiten – absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir wurden so herzlich empfangen, dass wir uns sofort wie Teil einer Familie gefühlt haben. Die Mitarbeiter sind einfach unglaublich freundlich und liebevoll – so etwas erlebt man wirklich selten. ❤️

Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können dieses Hotel wärmstens weiterempfehlen! 🌟

Pros:

Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter! Gastlichkeit wird hier noch gelebt! Tolle Lage, man kann direkt vom Hotel loswandern und in direkter Nähe befinden sich mehrere Seilbahnen. Alle Räumlichkeiten sind sauber und gepflegt.

Cons:

Drei nebeneinander liegende Wohnungen haben einen gemeinsamen Balkon. Eine Trennwand zwischen den Wohnugszugängen / Balkonabteilungen wäre hier schöner und würde für mehr Intimität sorgen.

Soggiorno estivo fine agosto top!
Pros:

Colazione molto varia e buonissima, struttura nuova, camera molto spaziosa.
Abbiamo apprezzato la spa,utile dopo un giornata di trekking.
Personale super gentile e disponibile. Con il soggiorno abbiamo avuto il pass per utilizzare gratuitamente i trasporti pubblici che arrivano in tutti i passi, quindi abbiamo potuto risparmiare nei tempo e soldi per i parcheggi (cosa molto importante) lasciando la macchina in hotel per tutto il tempo del nostro soggiorno. La posizione dell hotel è vicino al centro, pochi passi a piedi.
Torneremo sicuramente!

Comfortable stay
Pros:

Beautiful view from the window. Room was spacious, warm and very comfortable. Spa facilities were lovely, clean and comfortable. Good location, just a couple minutes out of the main road through town so a little removed but still very central.

Pros:

Everything about our stay at Vel Bert was wonderful. The staff couldn't be more helpful, the view from our balcony was amazing, great breakfast. We also appreciated the free bus passes which we used everyday to travel to Ortisei. They also made reservations for us every night and had hiking poles and umbrellas available for our use.
