The hotel is clean. The location is excellent to next to Cable car station.
The receptionist is very helpful.
More is the breakfast and dinner are both star grade.
Stayed too short (3 nights)
Velký pokoj, krásný interiér recepce a restaurace. Dobře vybavený bar. Perfektní lyžárna.
Skvělé místo. Nicméně od takového hotelu bych očekával i Wellness, alespoň saunu. Stejně tak, když majitel je vlastník vyhlášené restaurace bych očekával více od večeří, kde nám chyběla nápaditost. Vedle toho snídaně byly skvělé, stejně tak odpolední svačiny.
V zařízení tohoto typu by mělo být wellness, minimálně sauna. Na skříńce ve "skiroom" nebyl zámek. Hotel nedokázal zajistit objednaný typ pokoje. Od ledna 2025 byl objednán Apartmán + Double room. Když jsme přijeli, tak jsme dostali pouze dva Double pokoje.
Fantastická kuchyně
Appena ristrutturata, nuova. L'impianto é di fianco, esci dall'hotel e letteralmente sali sulle piste da sci.
Mancavano ancora gli armadietti nella ski room ma arriveranno, chiaramente avevano appena riaperto.
La posizione sublime, con uno splendido panorama sulle Dolomiti, attaccato agli impianti per il Sassolungo.
Staff eccezionale, sempre disponibile e molto attento alle esigenze. Una particolare nota va alla chef Elena, davvero una persona fantastica che ha reso il compleanno della nostra duenne indimenticabile!
Cucina di alta qualità con menù vario e gustoso (mezza pensione più merenda davvero golosa).
Stanza familiare grande e confortevole.
Ottimi i servizi di pulizia.

C'è una piccola stanza giochi per bambini, davvero piccola ma tutto sommato ok per intrattenere i più piccoli.
Grande spazio all'esterno dotato di lettini, tavolo, poltrone e tavolo da ping pong.
Cena di ferragosto top! Dai dettagli al menù, tutta la serata preparata perfettamente!
Ultima chicca: oltre al pass gratuito per i mezzi, l'hotel omaggia anche un pass giornaliero per gli impianti del Sassolungo, eccezionale!
La cena era davvero ottima dal punto di vista qualitativo, ma troppo' lunga la durata e in generale un po' lenti con le portate (quasi 2 ore ogni sera).

Unbelievable hotel with AMAZING VIEW. Everything was excellent, restaurant, stuff, service. Breakfast and dinner were included in the price. Very tasty. Close to hotel has a cable car, you can got free ticket and start your hiking or bike ride right a way. All stuff speaks english.

The single bed, I had the last room I guess…
The location is superb for skiers.
The entire staff is great, friendly and hardworking.
The food is delicious especially dinner, but we suggest to add more kinds of salad for breakfast.
What we found strange:
- tap water has the quality of drinking water, but the same water charge €3.8 during the dinner without information that you have to pay for it, and the same water is free of charge during the breakfast
- the hotel was renovated a few years ago, but in the room you can hear when guests from neighbouring rooms take a shower or use the toilet, and it is quite loud
Location was perfect for skiing. No queue at lift even though it was school holidays and ski straight to the door at end of the day. Food was delicious and the rooms were spacious with comfortable beds.

The hotel has wonderful grounds with gorgeous views of the mountains, the food provided in their restaurant is worthy of a high-level establishment and their staff seems to be a well-formed, polite team. You can relax, eat and rest at the hotel while being close to gorgeous nature and lots of activities. Nothing really missing :)
They don't have air conditioning. I understand its hot there only a few days per year but that would be nice to have. We managed to deal with the July temperatures by leaving the window open at night.
The ski-in/ski-out location was fantastic.
Our first room was right next to the elevator where we could hear the doors open/close (though the elevator itself was very quiet) and conversation of people waiting. We were moved to a room right next to the stairs where we could hear everyone pounding up and down them. Our second room was facing the parking area and provided no noise insulation from the working snow-cats or any activity/conversation at the base of the lift.
