Perfect location to visit The Borrego desert state park. With convenient stores and restaurants

The room was very tidy, clean, and spacious. The coffee machine and refrigerator worked well. The snacks and beverages found in the refrigerator were provided at no additional cost.

A peaceful location just far enough from the businesses . It felt like being out alone on the desert. I was able to view rabbits out in the field. Everything about the room was contemporary and clean. Very restful. Comfortable bed. Nice areas to sit outside, plus a separate game room with views. We come almost every year and have stayed at multiple properties. We will definitely be back to stay at the Borrego Springs Motel. The price was excellent, well worth it.

Does what it says on the tin. A small, well kept motel in attractive grounds. Nice touches such as a couple of cereal bars and cold drinks waiting in the fridge for us. The pool looked nice but we didn't use it
Easy walking distance from restaurants and shops

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Zimmer war einfach, aber funktional und sehr sauber. Besonders praktisch war, dass wir unser Auto direkt vor der Eingangstür parken konnten. Der liebevoll gestaltete Außenbereich mit Feuerstelle und Sitzgelegenheiten hat uns sehr gefallen. Nach unseren Wanderungen haben wir den kleinen Pool mit Liegen jeden Abend bis zum Sonnenuntergang genossen. Auch ein gutes Restaurant ist in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Ruhige Lage

The motel has many nice amenities like a pool, air conditioned cabana, fire pit area and outdoor cabana. The landscaping is very nice and the staff are excellent. The air conditioner worked great (needed in Borrego Springs). The motel is very close to downtown, but also very quiet.

This older style motel is just outside of downtown Borrego Springs which makes it easily walkable. The units have been completely updated with new fixtures, plumbing and heating and air. Beautifully landscaped with native plants. The units are immaculate and well stocked offering snacks and water in the fridges and plenty of pod coffee or teas. The additions of common areas add much to the home like feel and usefulness of the property. We had some rain while here and the club house offered panoramic views and warmth while we sipped our tea. The staff/ manager were available and helpful.

It's an older motel that has been lovingly renovated. This could have been lackluster if it had not been done with such thoughtfulness and care. It was clean and comfortable, with many little added touches. For example, I am a coffee drinker and there was a large bowl of coffee pods and several creamers in the room when I arrived. Most hotels are very stingy with their coffee in the room, and don't even provide creamers. There was also a cabinet with extra supplies (sunscreen, more coffee pods, etc.) that was available in the hall if anyone needed something. Although I didn't personally take advantage of it, there was a swimming pool and three outdoor spaces (one with a grill, one with a firepit) for families or groups to gather. Parking was right in front of the door. Three decent restaurants in walking distance (must be willing to walk on sandy road shoulder).
