Pros:

Heel vriendelijk personeel en ideaal met het transfer busje naar de pistes. Het eten was voortreffelijk en het was jammer dat we de laatste dag pas de jacuzzi ontdekten buiten bij het zwembad

Absolutely exceptional and exquisite in everything they do. Should be five star!

Exceptional, from the welcome to departure, attention to detail in everything they do makes the customer service memorable. Food is divine, beautifully presented. All the staff couldn’t do enough for you, we really appreciated it. Made our holiday soo memorable, thank you soo much.

Ein genussvoller Osterskiurlaub, wir kommen wieder!
Pros:

Die fantastische Aussicht und die Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeitenden waren besonders.
Der neue Poolbereich war auch sehr schön.
Das Essen war wunderbar sowohl für den Gaumen als auch für das Auge.
Hervorzuheben ist auch der hauseigene engagierte Shuttle Dienst zum Skilift.

Cons:

Der Stilmix ist etwas speziell, aber es ist ein familiäres gewachsenes Haus, das macht es ja auch sympathisch.

Celkově je to dobrý hotel s výbornou stravoua ochotným personálem. ostatní je v podrobnějším popisu.
Pros:

Lokalita je trochu vzdálenější od centra, nicméně lze dojít pěšky, zptáky však do prudkého kopce. Perfektně fungující hotelový skibus. Jídlo výborné, dostatečné množství. K dispozici také odpolední snack. Personál vždy ochotný, příjemný, občasný proiblém s angličtinou. Mluví převážně italsky a německy. Do wllness je nutné se objednávat den předem. Veliká lyžárna , k dispozici stojan s vysoušením lyžařských bot. Dostatek parkovacích míst.
Location: The hotel is a bit further from the center. It’s within walking distance, but be prepared for a steep uphill climb on the way back.

Transport: The hotel ski bus works perfectly.

Food: Excellent food in sufficient quantities. There is also an afternoon snack available.

Staff: Always helpful and pleasant. There can be an occasional language barrier with English, as they primarily speak Italian and German.

Facilities: Large ski storage room with a heated boot rack. Plenty of parking spaces available.

Wellness: Note that you need to book your wellness session a day in advance.

Cons:

Slabá síť WIFI, nevhodná pro streaming. Chybí varná konvice a evntuálně čaj a instantní káva na pokoji. Chybí WC ve wellness - je venku na chodbě.
Wi-Fi: The signal is weak and not suitable for streaming.

Room Amenities: There is no electric kettle, tea, or instant coffee provided in the room.

Wellness Layout: There is no toilet directly inside the wellness area; it is located out in the hallway.

Pros:

The staff were all incredible. Dinner was great every night, loads of variety and very high quality.
The hotel is a little far from the main lifts but this was never an issue as Tibi was always on hand with the shuttle bus.

Cons:

I found that the rooms could be a little noisy, but that could be because I'm a super light sleeper.

Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich,zuvorkommend und sehr bemüht einen wirklich guten Urlaub zu gestalten. Das Essen ist einmalig. Ein 5 Gänge Abendessen welches seines gleichen sucht. Die Zimmer sind mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Sehr schön ist die Wellness Oase und das kleine Schwimmbad.

Pros:

Colazione ricca e varia, merenda tornando dalle escursioni ottima, camera pulita e ordinata, bagno in condizione ottime, personale molto attento e gentile, cocktail veramente vari e preparati con maestria. Soggiorno ottimo.

Cons:

Cena alcuni piatti non mi sono piaciuti, mal nel complesso buono.

Gutes Essen aber Wellness mit Abstrichen

Sehr nettes Personal, gutes Essen

Cons:

Wellnessbereich ist zu klein, der Whirlpool viel zu kalt (den hat darum auch niemand wirklich genutzt)
Keine schöne Ruheräume. Wenn man wirklich eine Wellness Auszeit möchte, ist das das falsche Hotel

Ottima posizione

Cons:

Piscina bellissima ma non controllata: vi erano ospiti rumeni con bambini chiassosi che disturbavano costantemente ogni giorno e non venivano redarguiti. Non è stato corretto dover sopportare la mancanza di educazione altrui. È stato fatto notare ma nulla è cambiato.
Cucina molto buona ma poca scelta.
