Pros:

The staff is polite , smilling and always ready to help. The food was super tasety. The region is one of our favorite places

Cons:

We had some spider nets in the room on the window which makes me believe that the room was not cleaned in deep. We had a hot tub in the room, which we didn't use, the main reason was that when we start filling it the water came up yellow. There is a pool table and table football but was hard to catch them free.

Прекрасно!
Pros:

Чистотата в целия хотел е на много добро ниво. Приятно съм изненадана от спа центъра - много добре поддържан, чиста и топла вода в басейна, удобно разположение на зоните. Басейна е с добри размери, сауна и парна баня прекрасни. Релакс зоната чудесна.
Стаята топла и уютна. Чисти бяха хавлии, спално бельо и баня.
Храната в ресторанта беше много вкусна. Освен включените в цената закуска и вечеря, за обяд имаше прекрасни предложения. Персоналът в ресторанта подхождаше с внимание към всеки клиент и бяха усмихнати. Персонал на рецепция и обслужващ песронал отзивчиви и мили. Хотелът насскочи очакванията ми многократно. Цените в хотела и ресторанта са достъпни.

Cons:

Стаята беше малка, но това не попречи на добрия престой. Не очаквайте хубав изглед към язовир Батак, но ако се разходите наоколо ще се насладите на гледка.

Задоволително!!!
Pros:

Почти всичко беше ОК, персонала беше много любезен, но спирането на топлата вода в стате а даже и цялата беше КАТАСТРОФА. Не бих отишъл пак само заради водата .
