Absolutely fantastic experience! My wife and I had an amazing stay at this beautiful 5-star spa hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect — the atmosphere, the facilities, the cleanliness and, most importantly, the service.
The spa was absolutely amazing and the whole place felt luxurious, relaxing and peaceful. The staff were friendly, professional and very welcoming.
We had a wonderful time together and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We will definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and special getaway.
Thank you for an unforgettable stay! ❤️
Very grand and luxurious stay. Outside spa area is beautiful.
No air conditioning in the room. Super king size bed made up of two single mattresses.
Beautiful grounds
Our blind was stained wall paper peeling off and spiders on the ceiling
Instantly start relaxing as soon as you enter . Love this hotel
Nothing
The stuff is polite and trying to help
Terribly hot inside. Unbearable to sleep in the rooms pr stay inside. No air conditioning-nowhere. Too old. To much needed to be repaired. The elevators were out of order. Two of them. In the morning there is nobody on reception desk. There is an impression of badly managed hotel
The property is beautiful, and has stunning scenery and views. The location is good. There is a variety of seating and dining areas, all with wonderful decoration. The food is nice, but nothing special.
The service is appallingly slow, and the staff aren’t particularly eager to help. Several times we were left waiting almost an hour for a drinks order, and the food almost twice as long. The Utopia Spa is very basic, especially considering the money you pay at a place like this. There is only one outdoor hot tub which is over crowded, and then a couple very small saunas/steam rooms. The outdoor private hot tub area is also very disappointing - it is like sitting in someone’s back garden with a minuscule hot tub that could barely fit myself and my partner comfortably. Considering we spent a ridiculously large sum of money at this place not only on the rooms, but on food, drinks, and spa and treatments the service we received was atrociously underwhelming. The saving grace was the cocktails and other drinks were incredibly strong so at least we felt merry amidst the disappointment.

Very shabby and in need of refurbishment
It’s dated and almost everything including jacuzzi, TV and car chargers, were broken.
Amazing facilities. The only problem was as soon as we got out of the room on the top floor the heat hit us. Very hot and stuffy up there although they did provide us with a fan.
staff
- I let the hotel know that it was my wife;s birthday in my booking, nothing special was done for her
- We could not even enjoy dinner as no table was made available for us (no time at all for just 2 people who paid £625.00 for just a room for one night). We stayed in our room, no dinner - unforgiveable.
- We came for the spa and in particular HOT TUB. ONE HOT WAS OUT OF ORDER - THE OTHER HAD DAY GUESTS IN THERE FOR THE WHOLE 2 HOURS WE WERE THERE MEANING WE NEVER EVEN GOT INTO A HOT TUB.
- In the sauna i burnt the back of my head of the wall where the wood had broken off (men's changing room sauna).
The actual spa was lovely but my overall experience was horrible as they refused to honour the price that we had paid for our rooms, I’d booked 3 rooms and we were refused them all on arrival and asked to pay a further £200 each for all three rooms.
I had to sit and negotiate a price for one rooms even though we had booked and paid in full for three rooms x
