A simpatia do pessoal de recepção foi espectacular

Cons:

Na primeira noite, quando voltei ao hotel depois das 19 horas, verifiquei que o meu quarto não tinha sido limpo: cama por fazer, lixo nos baldes, casa de banho por limpar. Quando inquiri na recepção o porquê não sabiam! Referiram, que o pessoal da limpeza disse que não sabiam o que fazer com as toalhas portanto não limpavam!!!
Eu segui as normas sobre limpeza de toalhas que estavam no lavatório que são exatamente como em qualquer outro hotel!
Mas elas nem sequer lá entraram ! Inexplicável!
A responsável pela recepção à hora que cheguei voluntariou-se para arruma o quarto e resolveu-me o problema! Foi espetacular.
No dia seguinte a responsável pelo pessoal de limpeza pediu desculpas pelo hotel e garantiu que a situação seria investigada.
Isto nunca deveria ter acontecido simplesmente, na minha opinião.

Great stay, great staff! Highly recommend would stay here again! A+++
Pros:

Very clean, easy to access. Centrally located in town. Good parking. Room was good size, showers run hot. Nice balcony.

Cons:

Rooms A/C didn’t provide enough cool air so we opened the window and that solved the issue.
