Pros:

La atención de Filippa fue excelente en todo momento, desde el check in (nos atendió con una sonrisa, explicó todo a la perfección, hizo su mejor esfuerzo por entender nuestro pésimo portugués y hasta nos ofreció croissants) hasta el checkout (nos deseó buen viaje y volvió a ofrecer croissants!).
El desayuno completo, con casi todo lo que hay en hoteles de precio mucho mas alto. La unica cosa que echamos en falta fueron huevos revueltos.
La habitación mucho mas grande de lo que esperábamos y con una vista magnífica sobre la ciudad. Cama muy cómoda.

Cons:

Nada de esto es culpa del alojamiento, todo es culpa de booking.

La descripción de booking dice que el hotel tiene restaurante y bar, que fue el principal motivo por el que nos alojamos aqui ya que queriamos cenar rapido y dormir. Esa informacion es falsa.

Pagamos 67 euros la noche via booking gracias a una "promocion especial" y fue una sorpresa muy molesta descubrir que podriamos haber pagado menos de haber reservado directamente con el hotel.

Si estas considerando este hotel, lo recomiendo 100%: simplemente cierra booking.com, ve a la pagina del hotel y reserva desde alli.

La dame à la réception est d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle ! Elle est très souriante et c’est très appréciable.
La chambre était dans un état irréprochable !
Le deux balcons sont vraiment des plus
Le monsieur qui s’occupe du petit déjeuner a été super et nous a régalé !
Rien a dire sur cette hôtel.
