Nos cambiaron de cuarto porq en el primeeo el baño olia mal y aire acondicionado no funcionaba, pedimos solución e inmediatamente nos cambiaron a uno mucho mejor.

El personal fue muy amable y atento.

Cons:

Yo sugeriría que cambiaran el elevador ya que esta deplorable muy viejo da miedo, no parece seguro, los baños están muy feos muy anticuados, en general me parece que el precio no va con las instalaciones que tienen ya que carecen de innovación comodidad y mantenimiento, quiza podrían ir remodelando poco a poco.
