Very basic hotel and I could not see anybody staying. I will avoid.
Pros:

It is about 20 min drive from Terminal 1. No restaurant inside. Room is ok with old pillows, blanket etc. No intercom. Very basic. No elevators inside.

Cons:

The manager insisted on filling form C and I could not like the way he looked at the visa stamping. Very uncomfortable as he requires only the passport first page and the OCI. He was not rude but his handling was not correct.

Cool stay!!
Pros:

Enjoyed the evening trekking on Akkayamma betta.
Little space infront of the property to walk and enjoy the nature.
Also enjoyed the walk near by lake called "Doddajala lake".View was really beautiful. Very calm and cool place.

Cons:

Person at the reception didn't received our confirmation of booking yet when we arrived at the hotel.
Also was asking for tip for Indian tourists, that too am local Bangalorian and visited this property lot of time.

Pros:

The ambience of the hotel was very good. Big spacious parking. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Easy to locate. Staffs behaviour is very good. They provide good tea. Morning before 8 o clock u won't get tea. Check in was very smooth. Near to NH 45 and Airport. Roomservice was very good. We can order food from Itihas Restaurant. Thq booking.com for gave us a nice stay.
