Bel endroit mais service décevant
Pros:

La chambre était magnifique, décorée avec goût et le coin café/thé est très appréciable. Dommage d’avoir eu un lit avec deux matelas séparés mais il était très confortable. Le balcon est très charmant.

Cons:

La chambre donne sur la terrasse et, dès lors, il y avait des gens qui ont parlé jusqu’à tard dans la nuit sous notre fenêtre et nous avons été réveillés tôt le matin par celles et ceux qui y déjeunaient.
Le service au dîner et au petit déjeuner était très décevant. Le soir, nous avons été placés en bout de la grande table commune alors que nous avions réservé à l’avance, il y a eu deux erreurs de commande et le service était très lent. Le matin, nous avons été mal accueillis, il y a, à nouveau, eu une erreur de commande et, lorsque nous avons demandé à être servis, nous nous sommes faits mal recevoir.

Pros:

Das Essen war hervorragend und die Anlage inklusive Hotel war sehr schön. Die Zimmer sind sehr hochwertig eingerichtet. Auch der Zugang zum Pool und dem Garten ist wirklich top. Wir konnten vom Hotel aus wunderschöne Ausflüge machen.

Cons:

Leider haben wir beim Fahrradverleih nicht wirklich eine Einführung bekommen und auch die Coupons für den Canovasee wurden uns nicht abgegeben. Am Morgen ab ca. 05.00 Uhr war es ziemlich laut von den Vorbereitungen aus der Küche. Leider waren wir auch ziemlich enttäuscht vom Servicepersonal. Die Wartezeiten beim Frühstück bei den Eierspeisen und Cafés waren extrem lang. Auch beim Dinner hat vieles nicht wirklich geklappt, unser Rotwein wurde z.B. beim Hauptgang sehr verzögert serviert und meine beiden Änderungswünsche beim Menü wurden vergessen und nicht beachtet. Das ist sehr schade, vom Service hätten uns etwas anderes erhofft.

Magnifique, calme et reposant.
Pros:

Le personnel est très attentif et généreux avec les clients.
Très bonne proximité avec les points de départ des balades / randonnées ainsi que des centres commerciaux.

Cons:

Une place de restaurant pour les repas du soir n'est pas toujours garantie tant bien même que nous logions à la Casa Caminada. Il faut penser à confirmer sa réservation dès le matin si vous logez à Casa Caminada.

Charming and tasty
Pros:

Jederzeit sehr gerne wieder!
Pros:

Während unseres Aufenthaltes haben wir in der Casa Caminada zu Abend gegessen; Speisen und Service waren hervorragend. Auch das Frühstück am folgenden Tag hat uns begeistert. Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig, prima Matratze, tolles Bad.

Cons:

Die Kopfkissen sind m.M.n. zu weich, aber das ist Geschmackssache.

Leider war der Empfang nicht besetzt als wir an kamen, es hat etwas gedauert bis ein Kellner Zeit hatte, nachdem wir ihn angesprochen hatten, uns einzuchecken
