Casa del Tio offered very good value for the money, an excellent location and overall, was ery good
Pros:

The continental breakfast was served to us in our room. It was simple but fine. The location of the hotel is ideal and the room and hotel overall were comfortable and secure. The rooftop patio offered a wonderful 360 degree view of San Miguel. The valet parking was very convenient.

Cons:

The internet where we were in one of the upper rooms was inadequate and failed regularly. A booster of some sort is needed to bring a stronger signal to the room.

Nettes Boutiquehotel
Pros:

Unser Zimmer war schön groß und enthielt auch alles, was man braucht. Aufgrund der frühen Abreise hatten wir mit der Rezeption abgesprochen, dass man uns ein care-paket bereitstellt, weil wir um 7:30 Uhr abreisen mussten. Die Lage ist Nahe dem Zentrum mit vielen Restaurants und Bars.

Cons:

Es war aber nicht ganz sauber (Bad Waschtisch und Wohnzimmer Glastisch). Das Frühstück war erst ab 8:30 möglich und wird anscheinend in einem anderen Gebäude ausgegeben. Früher frühstücken kann man nicht gehen, Care-Pakete sind nicht üblich.

Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta, súper cerca del centro que nos daba la oportunidad de ir a descansar un rato y continuar conociendo. La habitación súper limpia, la cama comodísima y el personal muy amable. Lo recomiendo 100%

Very disappointing
Pros:

The location

Cons:

WiFi didn’t work in the room unless we kept the door open and didn’t work up on the roof. The toilet was broken for our first day. It also said breakfast was included but only continental breakfast or you had to walk down a steep hill. The tv did not work either.

The location

Cons:

We had no hot water in the shower. Our first day, a worker showed us how to use the shower and we had a few minutes of tepid water. But that was it. We never had hot water, only warm.
WiFi was very spotty. Sometimes it worked but not all the time unless you sat in the lobby. A woman at reception said “it works on my phone and nobody else has an issue” which is not true because our friends also had an issue.
We also thought a full breakfast was served on the roof. Only continental and if you wanted a hot breakfast you had to walk 800 meters down a steep hill and 800 meters back up the steep hill.
This is not okay and not what was promised.

Schönes Boutique Hotel in guter Lage

Zentrale Lage. Wir hatten das Schokoladen Zimmer und das war angenehm groß. Tolle Dachterrasse. Valet Parken (kostenlos)

Cons:

Es ist ein 5 Sterne Boutique Hotel, aber halt kein 5 Sterne Hotel. Wir haben zweimal die Option genommen mit Frühstück im Schwester Hotel (800 m). Das war O.K., aber wenn man eine besseres Essen wählte musste man noch 50 Peso extra zahlen.

I would recommend a stay here.
Pros:

Fantastic location, friendly and helpful staff I would certainly recommend staying here if you visit. Right down the street from what became my favorite bakery every morning.
