Overall highly disappointing stay at Amari Pattaya. They shouldn't be labelled 5 stars.
Pros:

The outside area is lovely and the only part that feels like a resort. Food in the restaurant is good.

Cons:

Despite being labelled a 5-star resort, the rooms are absolutely not up to par;
-Shabby furniture and carpet with stains.
-Mildew in the shower.
-Appliances in bad shape.
-Room cleaning staff with bad attitude.
-Room service took 1hr+ to deliver food, which ended up being incorrect despite clear instructions (asked for no pork and got ham).
-No proper table and chair in the room in case you need to work and could not be arranged either.

We would not stay here nor recommend it to anyone looking for resort vibes.
