Location is great, pool & pool side areas are fantastic especially for families with young children and the staff are superb
The breakfast serving the suit rooms was below average. Poor choice, breads were not fresh and distance to the suit building is excessive. Having stayed in the main hotel a number of times previously the breakfast offering there is much more superior

You could not really fault this hotel, it was spotless, and beautiful inside. Oool staff were attentive, prices were reasonable for food and drinks room was gorgeous. Great location.
If I was to be critical, and this is an architectural issue and nothing that can be done about it, we had an ocean view room but it was just a big window, the balcony was really small and was on the other side off the room facing the pool.

Room is well-designed, big, and convenient. It has everything we wanted.
The breakfast was amazing. It is possible to take your food outside if you are ok with the heat or you can eat inside. Also the pool, kids club and gym facilities were nice. The staff working at the hotel are nice too.
We arrived shortly before 3pm and as we did check in we were told we have to wait 7 minutes until 3pm to be allowed to go to our room. So we are there a family of 4 sitting at the reception for 7 minutes and waiting. Then exactly at 3pm the receptionist handed over to us the key cards to the room. Seems a little over the top to me.
On another note, the beds are small. Short and narrow so I actually didn’t get that much of a space I’m used to when staying in western hotels.

Die Einrichtung in Zimmer ist veraltet von Gebraucht Spuren ist mehrere Stellen zusehen,der Kühlschrank ist definitiv zu klein,Minibar ist kein Getränke vorhanden,Kaution bevorzugt für?
