Accueil très chaleureux par ce couple souriant et simple permettant ainsi de se sentir à l'aise dès la réception et ce, jusqu'au départ.
Chambre parfaitement propre et pour un couple avec enfant, c'est particulièrement bien agencé avec une séparation possible entre les 2 chambres par une porte coulissante.
Hôtel très bien placé qui donne sur la rue principale avec beaucoup de commerçants et restaurants de toutes sortes (+ animation parfois) qui nous conduit sur une étendue de plages.

Rien ! Tout est conforme à la description !!
Le sommom serait une vue sur l'océan 😁
Ceci dit, il y a 3 hôtels à Mimizan et aucun en bénéficie 😉.
Cet hôtel est le deuxième que nous visitons et il reste notre préféré.
