Good Value! Clean and Well-Maintained
Pros:

Friendly and welcoming staff - very helpful and attentive! This hotel is very, very clean and well-maintained.

Cons:

There is some unavoidable traffic noise, and noise carries through the walls dividing guest rooms.

Great stay, glad I chose Pioneer Inn
Pros:

I was very happy with the front desk staff, with the hotel, with the room.. the room was so clean and quiet. Perfect for us after long days at the weekend event we were set up at. I had checked the reviews before booking and they were all good, that made me go with Pioneer Inn

Concerts in Comfort
Pros:

The site is ideally located for going to an event at the IThink Amphitheater. Park for free, and a 12-minute walk across the main exhibition area / parking lot gets you to the IThink's south gate. The day of the event, the Pioneer's lot filled up with concert-goers. A clean, safe, comfortable way to enjoy an event without having to pay for parking and not even drive home afterward. And we planned ahead and spent the day on the beach.

Cons:

The site is located right on Southern Blvd., which is both good and bad - it was a little hard to access by car, but everything you need is quickly nearby, like restaurants and shopping of any kind.

If you need a clean bed great for a couple of days.
Pros:

No breakfast but had coffee which was ok with us. The staff was very friendly and listened to this old man s life history.lol. it worked great for us. Clean beds made up each day with fresh towels. Vending machine were available for soda and snacks. Had a working ice machine Is not always the case.p

Great location. Clean, awesome front desk dude named Paul
Pros:

Great service . Shoutout to the person at the front named Paul . Very cool and down to earth guy. Was very nice talking to him . Had a great conversation and laughed .
Paul was very nice to my wife and I and made sure we had nothing missing with our booking .
