Great location, excellent value, friendly, helpful staff!

The location is great for those attending events at the Amphitheater. The staff (led by Paul) is super friendly and helpful. They remember us each time we go back, even if it is just once a year!

That was one of the cleanest and quickest hotels I have ever stayed in. Staff were amazing.Excellent value for the money. Be prepared to drive if you’re headed to the beach but other than that amazing.

Lacking basic amenities but room was clean.
Pros:

No breakfast was served in connection with room rental

Cons:

The mattress was soft and sunk in the middle. Woke up with back pain. Also back pain during the night.
