An absolutely excellent stay — clean, comfortable, friendly, and 100/10 all around.

I loved everything about my stay at the Pioneer Inn. The property was spotless, comfortable, and very well-maintained. The staff was friendly and professional, check-in was smooth, and the overall atmosphere felt safe and welcoming. Everything exceeded my expectations — if there was a 1–10 scale, I’d rate it a 100. The 1 night stay was Satisfactory
Pros:

The location was fine for our needs, and the front desk evening person, (Paul?) provided great service with a smile.

Cons:

The hotel had the odor of damp carpet in the hallway. However, that could be interpreted as clean, so not really a huge issue. The front desk was clean the rooms were clean.
We paid a higher price online than what was offered on site, and could not be compensated, so that was disappointing.

Overall good value for the price.
Pros:

Cleanliness, front desk staff were super friendly and helpful.

Good price for the area

Cons:

The bedding was meh. The sheets didn’t fit the bed properly. They’re brown and didn’t feel crisp like white sheets do. But that’s just personal preference.

However, there was no comforter. Just a weird gray coverlet which was like a sheet on top of a sheet. It didn’t provide any warmth at all.

Pillows were good!
