If I came again I’d avoid a Saturday if there was a wedding, and hope someone could take my case up

I liked the room and the location

Cons:

I didn’t like the loud music on Saturday night, why not put a wedding guest in a room above the music. I didn’t like no help with my luggage up numerous stairs.

Lovely stay, friendly staff, definitely be back

The location is great and the staff are always friendly and polite

Cons:

We have always been given a room right at the back of the hotel, overlooking the alley but perhaps that’s due to the room type we booked

Very warm welcome in a very comfortable hotel in a fantastic location.
Pros:

The staff were fantastic!

Cons:

The live music - we like to go to bed early.
Disappointed the hotel restaurant was not open a Sunday evening when we arrived.

Generally a very enjoyable experience, I would use this hotel again and recommend it to my friends
Pros:

Good sized room with a nice en-suite, good breakfast and a wide range of evening meals and real ale and free parking

Cons:

The lack of a night porter or emergency number to call in the event that somebody were to mistakenly lock the rear door, the bar closing at 10.30 pm was also annoying given how busy they had been with a group using the function room
