Pros:

Las camas las encontramos muy cómodas, y está muy bien ubicado para ver todas las capitales del país Vasco.

Cons:

Las puertas hay que verificar que se quedan cerradas, pq a veces lo parecen pero no lo están. De hecho nos encontramos una abierta tras la limpieza. Aunque no hubo problema ya que solo se entra con tarjeta al hotel pq no hay personal de continuo.

Buen hotel en el "corazón" de Euskadi.
Pros:

El desayuno ha estado muy bien, muy buen personal en atención a los clientes.
La ubicación es estupenda si va a visitar todo el País Vasco + Navarra.

Cons:

Echamos de menos un minifrigorífico, y el secador de las habitaciones se podría mejorar.

Nice short stay
Pros:

Helpful arrangement to allow a late check in (we arrived after 21:30)
Clean and tidy room with large comfortable bed.

Some restaurants within walking distance

Cons:

Minor point: some paint was peeling off in the bathroom ceiling... but it's really a minor concern. Overall we were very happy with our short one night stopover.

Maravillosa estancia
Pros:

El desayuno tenía muchísima variedad para poder elegir.
La habitación era muy amplia y la cama comodísima.
Todo estaba muy limpio y el acceso al hotel, fuera del horario de recepción, fue sencillo.
