Pros:

La atención por parte del personal es muy amigable, el Joven Emiliano nos atendió muy bien, igualmente la ubicación, hay enfrenta un Mini Súper que resulta muy práctico, más que la habitación tenía mini bar. El desayuno de cortesía es en un restaurancito enfrente, y tienen un sazón delicioso. Otro plus son los tours que ofrecen personalizados y seguros. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Cons:

No es que no me gustará, el Pueblito es hermoso pero se debe considerar que son calles complicadas de subir y bajar, para que se considere llevar zapato cómodo, el hotel guarda una ubicación excelente pero reitero las calles son pesadas físicamente.

No tome el desayuno,lástima que el servicio de restaurant cierre temprano el domingo pues me hubiera gustado probar platillos regionales,y la recomendación de ir al restaurant la TERRAZA A CUADRA Y MEDIA RESULTO UN FIASCO,MALA COMIDA,SERVICIO DE BAÑOS ASQUEROSOS. ESPERO VOLVER Y SER MEJOR ATENDIDOS EN EL HOTEL.

Demasiados problemas para la FACTURACION 5 días después y aun no me ha sido posible tener la factura solicitada desde el domingo dando trabajo el obtenerla pues utilizan medios no fáciles de recuperar la factura. Gracias

Cons:

El hotel se comunico conmigo el día del hospedaje para decir que había existido una sobreventa, que había problema con la plataforma de booking y que tenían que cancelar la reservación. Me parece una desorganización de su parte y que metan en problemas a los usurarios al tener que hacer cambio de planes y logística en el último momento.

Lovely boutique hotel
Pros:

Lovely little hotel in the very heart of Cuetzalan. It is nicely done up in a designer way and the staff go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. We were contacted by WhatsApp before our arrival and asked if we needed any help with tours and sightseeing. As a result, we were able to plan everything in advance and made a great use of our time in Cuetzalan.

Cons:

It said breakfast was included, but, in fact, only certain options were and the rest we still had to pay for.
