No bar open throughout the day. Restaurant not open for evening meals. Evening bar menus was limited. Check out at 9 was a bit to early. It was not as I remembered.

This is a management conference centre so feel is slightly different to a hotel. Not an issue for us, but may be an issue for families. There's an outdoor walk from rooms to breakfast/bar/dinner.
It is in a beautiful location and the main house is a Beautiful venue for breakfast and dinner
The only thing to mention is that the rooms in windrush are very small and need some tlc compared to Bourne. I think they should be cheaper. Also a small fridge should be available on request in summer for cool drinks and to put medicine in.

There was a muddle over the check-in name. Not the hotel's fault. It originated from Booking.com
Beautiful surroundings, staff really friendly, breakfast was superb and facilities spotlessly clean.
Leaving
Room was clean and comfortable, a little hot with only tiny desk fan however it was above 30 degrees so this is normal for UK I suppose. Breakfast was generous and fresh buffet. Had to check out 9am sharp which we tried to change but hotel was non negotiable, sadly our flight was not until evening time.
Early check out and no air conditioning
mooi landhuis op prachtige lokatie langs Thames. We konden door de velden naar Henley wandelen, duurt ongeveer een uur ( handig voor de fitte bezoekers van de regatta), heerlijk ontbijt, goede pubfood.

Very little so checked out immediately
This was advertised as lovely looking hotel. It was in fact a university accommodation. Our room was in a block away from main building and no air conditioning. Too far out from town and generally very expensive for what it was
Superb location in wonderful grounds overlooking the River Thames. All staff were very friendly and pleasant and very attentive to ensure our satisfaction. Delicious breakfast with a great choice to suit every palate. A bonus for us was the tennis court which was in good condition. Our room was very comfortable. It was very hot due to the heatwave but we were supplied with fans to help keep us cool. We will definitely return to this lovely hotel.
There was nothing here that we disliked.
Lovely clean, bright, spacious room with plenty of hanging space and storage. Coffee machine with pods was a real bonus. Fabulous buffet style breakfast with great choice. Staff couldn't do enough for us. Perfect location right by the river Thames. We'll definitely stay again when we're next in the area.
