In District 12 it is fit for purpose.
Pros:

The breakfast options are varied each day and breakfast is delivered to the room. It is very inexpensive and fit for purpose. The room itself is windowless but at an extremely reasonable price. The bathroom is large and exceeds expectations.

Cons:

The lack of windows takes a bit of adjusting. An extra blanket would have been useful on some nights and the lack of natural ventilation means that the aircon is needed for much of the time. None of these are big issues and the room rate is adequate compensation for the small gripes.

Worst experience no good service, clothes miss, room not locked inside, water is not come tap. They ask extra charges for late check out and early check-inn. I pay both but service not workable.
