Pros:

The rooms are clean

Cons:

Being extra charged for parking by the reception on top of the amount paid during bookings. Moment you arrive to check in reception demands a parking fee which raises question of transparency during booking stage.

I enjoyed my stay, Clean and neat

Outside building is not safe especial late. But inside the building it safe and welcoming.

Very unprofessional

Cons:

1. The place is untidy smelling room and there is noise.
2. I complain and reception gave me attitude. She rufused to change my room after complaining about smell and noise.
3. She refused me to cancel the accommodation.
4. She refused to refund my parking fee of R50 even though I cancelled my booking.
5. She refused to allow me speak to the management to escalate the matter.
6. After being refused to speak to management over the phone last night, I emailed a complaint and they replied citing I don't deserve to be refunded.
I didn't sleep there and I still want my money.

Booking. Com please speak to the management of Bayside to refund me my Parking fee of R50 and also my booking fee.

I humbly request that this be expedited.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE

Pathetic!!!! No wonder they offer rooms For R250
We did not sleep at all, guests arguing in the parking lot right here where we were sleeping from 12am until 6:38 moving around the hotel causing a whole comotion(6 to 7 hours of torture) , the gard himself couldnt stop them, instead he was part of the noise. Eventually we woke up to see what's happening this was just after 6 this morning... , turns out the guy brought/bought a prostitute and his things went MISSING,their cameras in Reception can support what I'm saying (if they even work)
Secondly we could not close the window, we asked for help when we got here,no1 ever came, so we had to sleep with wind coming into the room along with the noise.
The bedding was messed like someone put a shoe on the bed, room is extremely small beds are basically put togetherther like a 40cm gap between them (but anyway this was a minor issue compared to the fact that we did not sleep) . I would Not recommend this place no Any1. Come here at your own RISK.I AM EXTREMELY UNHAPPY. NEVER AGAIN
