Each apartment at the residence boasts a south-facing balcony, a cozy seating area, and a private bathroom. The living area with a kitchenette provides the perfect space to unwind after a day of exploring.

Guests can easily access the Racines-Giovo ski area for outdoor adventures or opt for guided mountain hikes and leisurely walks to mountain pastures. Additionally, from May to September, enjoy complimentary access to pools, whirlpool, and more at a nearby sport complex.

First of all - amazing views!!!
2nd location in town 5 mins walk to everything - great
(spoiled by being over a main road that was noisy)
- [ ] Internet chopping Internet - doesn’t work on the balcony
- [ ] No soaps
- [ ] No shower gel
- [ ] No kitchen dishes cleaning cloth or brush
- [ ] No coffee
- [ ] Everything in German - at least the main international language in English 🤷♂️ - after all we are in ITALY - the booking in English.
- [ ] Instructions - so many pages - an entire book. - Perhaps highlight which is important to translate
- [ ] Restrictions - no bike on the balcony - even if you cannot be seen from the below
- [ ] Quite expensive
- [ ] If you need to use the sofa bed, there is literally no more space to walk around.
- [ ] Bedroom too hot
- [ ] Had to have a fan blowing all night and no duvet to stay cool
- [ ] Location - right above the Road - always bikes and cars revving their engines from the road - so noisy
- [ ] No salt, no pepper, no cooking oil - like EVERYTHING needed to be bought
- [ ] Heat coming up through cupboards in the kitchen - all food in there goes bad fast
- [ ] No freezer n fridge.
Also a rule I have - never stay at a place where the owner lives there on site - it only takes one incident of them 'Watching You' and you feel that for the rest of your stay.
- mine was taking a Euro 10,000 Carbon Race bike up to the balcony - he observed it and said it's not allowed and had to store it in garage - mixed in with all the metal bikes and a metal frame holder - one knock and Carbon ruined!
(what was the harm of having it on the balcony to tinker with 🤷♂️ - resulting in me having to dismantle the bike and leave it in my car boot - spoiled the trip)

Rundum ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Alles hat gepasst.Uebergabe, Kontakt, Freundlichkeit, Wohnung beeindruckend blitzsauber, es war alles da, was man braucht, Wohnungseinrichtung Top mit vielen gut durchdacht en Details, Lage Top, auch schöner Balkon mit Bergblick und Blick auf den Ort. Wir waren Ende September da, es war sehr ruhig, Wir haben auch tolle Tipps erhalten. Vielen Dank nochmals, wir kommen wieder
Space, cleanliness and amenities in the apartment.
It’s not a dislike, just a heads up to drivers of sports cars: the free car parking spaces outside the pension are accessed via a steep upward ramp. You will leave a bit of front splitter behind if you don’t have noselift, because there’s not enough room to approach it side on to negate the angle. Don’t come crying if you leave a couple hundred € worth of carbon fibre behind.
The apartment was incredibly well equipped with everything we needed, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the mountains. Everything was spotless, and the atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming.
Clean and warm heating in the winter.
The room was dry because of the warm weather maybe.
