O atendimento é excelente de todos os funcionários, o quarto é maravilhoso, a decoração é linda, a cama super confortável. A experiência do café da manhã no quarto foi excelente, tudo muito gostoso. O bistrô Zaya também, utilizamos o serviço de jantar e entregaram no quarto e tem a opção de ir lá. Utilizamos também as bicicletas para passear na praia. Tudo foi ótimo.

Cons:

Não entendemos a cobrança ao final da hospedagem a taxa de 10% sobre tudo. Sendo que o café da manhã cobra uma taxa de serviço de R$120,00 para levar ao quarto e o bistrô foi informado que não cobra nenhuma taxa por entregar no quarto.

A hidden gem for a peaceful and truly relaxing stay
Pros:

The pousada is beautiful and very well maintained. The rooms are comfortable, nicely decorated and always smelled fresh. The small garden with the pool, surrounded by tropical plants, creates a very relaxing atmosphere and is a lovely place to spend some quiet time. From the moment we arrived we felt very welcome thanks to the thoughtful touches in the room. What really stood out during our stay was the staff: their attention, proactivity and genuine kindness truly surprised us. They were always available and happy to help, from organizing boat trips and local activities to checking the best time to clean the room or the pool. We really felt looked after throughout our stay. The restaurant was also very good and we ate really well during our stay. Breakfast was a highlight: it is included but served à la carte, so you can choose from different options on the menu, with fresh fruit, freshly made juices and local specialties prepared on the spot. Overall it was a very relaxing stay and a really lovely experience. Highly recommend!

Cons:

On a couple of occasions the room service was a bit slow, but the staff was always very responsive and helpful when we contacted them. The pousada is also not directly on the beach, so going to the beach every day requires about a 10-minute walk or a short bike ride (the pousada provides bicycles, which is very convenient). The last part of the road to reach the pousada is a small unpaved street from the main road, and the entrance could perhaps be a bit better signposted. That said, once you arrive it’s actually a pleasant surprise to discover such a beautiful and peaceful place.

Pousada muito confortável, com atendimento excelente. Recomendo e voltaremos!
Pros:

De tudo. O atendimento é ótimo, os funcionários dão dicas de como chegar aos locais; , a cama e os travesseiros são muito bons, assim como as toalhas são de ótima qualidade.
O restaurante da pousada é muito bom! E resolve a questão do deslocamento para outros restaurantes, visto que essa dificuldade é característica de São Miguel dos Milagres.
Os garçons Bruno e Gabriel, os atenderam muito bem.
O café da manhã é delicioso, no sistema de pedir e eles vão trazendo à mesa. Destaque para a tapioca que recebe uma impressão, e flores na decoração. A gente percebe o cuidado e o carinho em cada gesto e prato.

Cons:

Dos mosquitos, mas a pousada disponibiliza repelente para a pele e de parede, então se não deixar as portas do quarto aberta eles não entram.
A piscina no quarto poderia ser aquecida, embora tinha uma temperatura agradável não tão gelada. Ajudaria a ficar mais tempo nela à noite, acompanhada de um vinho.
Apenas como sugestão poderia ter um traslado para a praia pq dá pra ir andando, principalmente para o Beach Club Milagres do Toque, tb poderiam ter a opção de uma van para levar para alguns restaurantes (nos vilarejos) pq o traslado é caro e não tem Uber, e não tem iluminação na estrada q vai para esses lugares. Eles cedem bicicletas, mas resolvemos não arriscar, pq beber e guiar bike é complicado rsrsrs . Então, poderiam disponibilizar um meio de transporte coletivo por um valor razoável. Fora isso, foi tudo perfeito! Amamos estar hospedado lá!
